Mine said IMPAC on them. Bit disappointed as I was expecting Schwalbe inner tubes

It's not the inner tube that dictates the pressure but the what's on the side of the tyre, typically these would be between 70-90 for this size tyre/ inner tube

Do they fit 28inch tyres???

They should do if the rims are classed as 622
