Worked initially. Uploaded all of my videos and photos onto it. Then a few days after use the laptop didn't recognise it. Took it to a repair shop who said the fault is internal and that the power bank is faulty. The only way I can retrieve the files is to pay a lab repair shop £350.00 + Contacted companies support and manufacturer and no reply from either of them. Definitely avoid buying this product! Pay the extra money for a reliable brand.

Been using this for a month now, pretty durable and useful. Would 100% recommend if you're looking for a cheap reliable harddrive.
