Spending a significant amount on a product and receiving subpar support is frustrating.Upon further research, I discovered that other models, like the LG QNED86, offer superior features such as mini LED backlighting and Dolby Vision, which the Q70D lacks. Prospective buyers should carefully compare available options to ensure the best value and support.This experience has left me disappointed, and I cannot recommend this product or the buying experience with Amazon.
