I use these to package ornaments I create and sell. They work perfect! The adhesive strip makes it easy to close without needing extra tape. These are a true clear, no yellowing! The bag part is a true 6" and then it has a 1" additional for the flap closure. This was important to me because some of my items are 5.75" tall and I need the extra to be able to close it and it not look like its busting out of the bag. Will defiantly purchase again.

Not sure about the thickness, but it had a good feel. It was still and held its shape with filled with 3-5 cookies. The sealing label did surprising well keeping the bag sealed to keep air out.
