Sweetness is on par with Erythritol products, but if your a Sweet'N Low user you will find you need more. That is why this large bag is a clear winner. Overall, a great product.

Love this product! I make an amazing cheesecake with it AND it DOESN'T spike your blood sugar!! I do not carb/sugar for the majority of eating.

Taste is good and works like real sugar. We will continue to use this as a substitute going forward. This was the second bag we have bought.

I dislike the taste of artificial sweeteners. This truly tastes like sugar, because it is made from vegetable sugar. It states on label that sweetness factor is not as intense as cane sugar so you need to add 1/3 more of product. Just as vegetables take a long time to break down for your body, so does this sugar. Because of the calories you burn for your body to digest it, it ends up not being able to convert any to fat. I am an RN and did research it in reputable sources. I have shared product with both of my adult daughters and their families also enjoyed. I think it would be especially good for empty calorie drinks like sweetened coffee or Kool-aid type drinks. We use it in baking, spoilage the same as cane sugar products as flour will mold with or without sugar.

Edit: Great seller, refunded w/o my asking. Slight chemical smell, taste slightly bitter for this brand - not all brands of allulose. Not sure if it is the plastic bag or how it was processed but it's just OK. The chemical smell is that of plastic, even if the allulose is transferred out of the container. Size is superfine, much finer than table sugar. Dissolves fast no other issues. It's about two thirds as sweet as sugar.

Love this allulose melts just as sugar for my flans caramel. could be grinded to powder sugar for icing just add tbls of corn starch for every cup.

I absolutely love this. It's been life changing for me. Diets not longer feel like a prison sentence. I can pretty much make anything keto now. To increase sweetness add a few drops of Splenda which is 600x strong than sugar. Allulose is only 70% as strong as sugar.

This allulose tastes fine but I was looking for something not made in China. I thought it would be on the bag, but it was not so I emailed the manufacturer and I received this: "Our Allulose Sweetener is sourced from China and packaged in the USA, and we ensure that it meets the highest quality and safety standards." Not what I wanted to hear and I'm returning. And it's not from organic materials.
