I love this heat wrap! I use it a lot; multiple times everyday. I mostly use it on the back of my neck, but I also put it over my eyes sometimes when lying down. I like the weighted feel of it over a flimsy sleeping mask. I also like how soft it is especially.Given how much I use it, it's definitely been a great value for what I originally paid. I pop it in the microwave for a little over a minute and it retains heat for around 45 minutes to an hour. It's really easy to use, but I'd check your microwave wattage and keep an eye on it to make sure you don't accidentally burn it.It originally had a calming lavender scent to it, but it faded fairly quickly. Maybe after a month or so. That's the only thing I think could be improved, but it's not that important to me personally.Overall, it's great and I highly recommend it! With a ton of heated neck wraps on the market; I think the straps, soft material, and substantial weight of it sets it apart. It's held up great without any much wear despite using it so much.

This pad is so comfortable. It is thick and puffy. I heat it in the microwave for one minute and it is a perfect temperature. It really gives my neck good support and pain relief. It is well made and the material will not move around because it is sewn into small pockets. Very glad II made this purchase.

My only issue is that it doesn't stay warm long enough, so you have to keep microwaving it.

I’m having neck pain due to arthritis and this neck wrap is perfect for putting around my neck. I can wrap it snuggly around my neck or let it be a little looser. I highly recommend it.

Just ok expected. I bought it to use on my neck and honestly it couldn’t get warm enough in the microwave in the amount of time they suggested I did get it to get very warm. But it did not hold the heat just not when I hoped to be.

This was a gift to my co-worker. We both can get stiff necks from working at the computer all day. She keeps it nearby and uses it often! Just heat in the microwave and place around neck/shoulders and this helps release the tension! Says it was a great gift!

I like to wrap the whole thing with one of my neck gaiters for a hands free travel buddy.I also do some of my PT exercises using it as a tool to stretch, rotate, and apply pressure to isolated vertebrae.
