I'm 5'4, ~172 lbs, and a large fit me just fine. It was snug (not horribly), which I wanted. Be careful if you wear rings because it WILL snag. I'm a 40D and the cups were a tad too small for me, but I also didn't expect it to be supportive at all. Chances are it won't be on that long for it to matter anyway! ;) Good for the price, came vacuum-sealed in a ziploc-type bag inside of outer packaging.
