These joysticks saved my ancient Halo 5 commemorative controller. The seller provides an excellent tip sheet with a link to a YouTube video. It's not an instructional how-to video, but it really helps you measure your existing controller to achieve the best results with new joysticks. I would highly recommend you check out the video before purchasing. Amazon won't let me put the link in a review, but search "xbox controller dark calibration secret" or something like that. It was a long-winded video, but worth the watch.After measuring I was able to pair up the high precision joysticks I ordered into the optimal positions on the controller and I got my center point error down to almost nothing. Controller feels new again!

Things don't always go as planned, but how a business supports you when there are problems says a lot. These joysticks tested just fine out of the box, and really aren't very difficult to install. It turns out the problem on my controller ended up being a flaw in the board itself, but the folks at JAO spent the time to help me diagnose with diagrams and expected voltage readings. In any event, they went the extra mile to try and help me and as far as I can tell the product itself works well. Would buy from them again should the need arise.

The documentation linked with a QR code in the package was excellent, my sticks tested within 1-3% and it was an easy replacement. Unfortunately the calibration on my older Xbox one controller cannot be changed, so the right stick is a little off, but still an improvement over the worn out OEM sticks.

I love the fact this seller goes above and beyond to make sure you understand the difficulty level and provides you with as much knowledge and expertise as they can. These are top quality components and saved a custom controller that I made for my daughter. It works better then new with the elite grade sticks in a basic Xbox controller that came with the console.

Worked great then 1 week later its now 10x worse than before. Sticks going keft, wont go right, wont calibrate. Waste of money, which sucks because initally it was so good but clearly not up to any legitimate standards.

Replaced joysticks on Xbox Series X/S controller. I was having stick drift that would not go away. After looking into replacing the parts I came across JAO. They are more responsive and return to zero in an instant.
