I bought the 32" 1080p TV on Black Friday sale and I received it yesterday. I hooked it up this morning and it was very easy to screw in the feet (open one package at a time so you know which is right and which is left) and get the TV set up. Be prepared to put in your Wifi password and have your email account open so that you can do the setup process quickly. It was very intuitive to set up and use. The Apps are so easy to navigate vs. how long it took to open apps on my old smart TV. Also, I am in love with the TV screen because the picture on this thing is beautiful! For me, coming from a smaller TV to a 32", which is probably small to most people who only buy 40" and up, the screen seems quite big. It just fits on my dresser in my bedroom but the screen seems bigger than 32 maybe because the picture fills the whole screen so well. I have a bigger TV in my living room but somehow, the picture on the Roku is much crisper and sharper so I think I will look into another Roku TV sized for the living room. I am so pleased with this TV and think it is a great gift for people who don't like dealing with a lot of tech headaches. There are tons of apps you can use on this TV & it super easy. I almost bought it earlier in the year when I thought my old TV stopped working right but I was able to fix it. I almost wish I had bought it then because I LOVE this TV but am happy to have got the deal for Black Friday!

TV was very easy to set up. I had a couple of questions on hooking up my Blue Ridge live TV streaming box . Rocku customer service explained what to do. I’m putting this TV in our basement , being I have a Roku in our living room there was no need to set up another account as this TV mirrors all my applications this alone is a big plus. The picture quality and sound are really good. Remote paired its self. All in all I’m very pleased with my purchase . I would definitely recommend this smart TV to family and friends. I set it up on our dining room table before moving it down stairs. . 👍👍👍

I love this TV! The picture is beautiful and the best part is the Roku streaming platform. I am 73 years old and Roku makes streaming so easy and intuitive…it basically sets itself up from the moment you plug it in. I also have the Roku Streambar which greatly enhances the experience although the sound was pretty decent even without it. You cannot go wrong with Roku for excellent performance at an extremely affordable price.

I have never had a new TV before and I’ve never had a smart TV. This was a gift from my friend so if my friend is reading this review, a big giant thank you. This has been a bit of a learning experience for me. It was fairly easy to set up. I did need a little help, but only because I am naïve when it comes to things like this. Surprisingly it connects to the terrible Internet service I have here with very little buffering. The picture is crystal clear and I am quite impressed. I can see colors and textures I never saw on my old television. The sound quality is good and it’s just the right size for me being in a small apartment. I would definitely recommend it if you’re shopping for a 32” TV.

To start with, take a look at the single one-star review that dragged the overall rating of this TV way down. That reviewer was just expecting subscription-level programming for free rather than reviewing the performance of the TV and the range of features built into it. The 1080 picture quality is great, the audio is more than adequate, and the wide variety of settings and control functions make this a great TV for the price. The average user will also find the free programming totally satisfying, but, if not, more demanding viewers can simply pay for one or more subscription programming packages available. The only negative thing I can say about this TV is that for some reason I do not understand, the shipping time makes no sense. The item is described as being both sold and shipped by Amazon, yet it took more than a week to receive it. There is a monster of a new Amazon warehouse exactly one city block from my home and most every item I order comes the next day or at most, two days.

I am very disappointed with this product, have had it about 2 weeks and it freezes up. It has to be unplugged for 30 min. then you have to remove the batteries from the remote and here we go. This the 4th time in as many days, I am old and crippled with arthritis and it is very difficult to keep repeating this procedure over and over, I am going to ask for a refund. Don't know if I will get it. but this is too much for this old woman. Added February 24, Spent 2 hours on the phone with Amazon and Roku, It seems even though I purchased a protection plan, I cannot get a refund or another tv until they troubleshoot it from Rolu. It is a protection plan in words only. I have already paid someone to disconnect it and reinstall my old tv. The problems with it are easier to deal with than resetting over and over. Roku agent told my yes when I said looks like I am stuck with a crappie tv. Be careful; what you buy. Amazon can't help either.. I have been an Amazon customer for almoost 20 years now and also pay the monthly fee for free shipping as I order frequently. i don't know if I can find a replacement for Amazon but I am going to look.
