Emergency snorkel for scuba
Hate having a snorkel on our mask, so we carry one in the pocket.Works for snorkeling on the surface, but not as nice or fancy as our other ones that have one way valves etcBut, it's good to carry one and this fits in the BCD pocket, just remember to keep it clean

Simple, rugged and awesome
This snorkel is perfect take with you on a trip. I just took it on an 8 day trip to the Bahamas and Keys. Rolls up and will fit into any pack, bag, suitcase with little impact. Perfect J tube type snorkel-a real snorkel- not one that look like something out of a transformer movie with all those annoying flaps every where that just end up failing on you. This is all you need. Great for free diving, spearfishing or to roll up and keep in a BC pocket in case you have a unexpected surface swim after a dive. Love it.

Super compact, now my primary snorkel
This rolls up and fits easily into the container. Use the strap to lock it in and this is super portable for my ' snorkel go bag's for our last trip. I also used this on my last scuba trip and it is great. It is sturdy enough to stand as needed. There is no auto clearing of water feature, so keep that in mind. Save some room when packing by bringing this !

Came with blockage inside
Decent silicone snorkel, great for travel. Mine came with a scrap of silicone inside of the snorkel that impeded breathing. Make sure to check yours before you use it. It could be aspirated and make for a bad day in the water.

Perfect snorkel for when you're required to have a snorkel
I've used it snorkeling and it works just as well as any other no-frills rigid snorkel. This is a good one if you're doing any surface work. This is the snorkel I keep in my scuba bag when I dive with other people/groups. I prefer not to wear any snorkel on my dive kit if I can help it, but in case the master wants everyone to have a snorkel, I'm prepared.Given its simplicity and small footprint it is an ideal solution for me.I would not necessarily recommend this for an inexperienced diver or for extended snorkeling because it requires clearing... Those folks would probably do better with a dry or semi-dry snorkel.

Works great, even rolled
Satisfys the requirement to have a snorkel. Only complaint is that i wish there was some sort of retention strap to keep it in the case when rolled up and out of the water.

Great snorkel, almost perfect
This snorkel makes me feel like my local dive shop ripped me off by requiring me to buy my personal gear from them and only offering $50-70 "premium" snorkels. The Kraken snorkel is awesome and I've already bought 2 more for my family membersPros:Soft against your head and doesn't hang at weird angles or hit your head uncomfortably when it's out of your mouth, hydrodynamic, rolls up and stows tiny, looks greatCons:Doesn't flow air quite as freely as a big rigid snorkel, sometimes a little bit of water will collect at the bottom which is difficult to clear compared to a "premium" snorkel that has a purge valve at the bottom. But, no purge valve means nothing to maintain. There are no moving parts, so it's zero maintenance other than rinsing the salt out.I'd still get an expensive rigid snorkel if I was going to be doing nothing but surface snorkeling, but this is what I'd get for scuba or if you are mixing snorkeling and freediving.
