Excellent low-priced bench
I needed a weight bench, but I wasn't ready to commit to a fancier one yet as I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. I looked at one of the highly recommended ones here on Amazon -- which seems to be great -- but it was high for me -- I think 19". I'm 5' 3", and the standard IPF height of 17" is best. I found this bench that was priced really well, had the right height, and required little assembly. When it arrived, I was able to do the final bits of assembly in under 30 minutes using the tools provided in the box. It seems plenty sturdy for the work I am doing -- feels even better once you're actually situated on the bench. It is really easy to fold it down, and it's light to carry. My goal was to use this bench to figure out what I needed in a more expensive one. But I just might keep this bench. My only note is that I recommend that you keep this on a good exercise mat to protect your floors -- but that's probably the case for most benches.

Superb Quality!
Thus bench is worth the money! I bought it about a year ago and figured I'd see how it held up before I wrote a review. This bench has held up great and has far exceeded my expectations. Quality is superb and I have never once felt unstable under load. The adjustments it has makes it ideal and versatile for many different movements. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice bench at a reasonable price.

Decent for the price
Good for the price. A little unstable, but don't do anything stupid and you'll be pleased. After reading the reviews on here I decided to pick this bench up to put in my office/home gym. I was easy enough to assemble and has worked pretty good over the past 6 months. The feet are not super wide so in that regard it can be a little unstable if you were to use is for barbell presses, step-ups or something along those lines. For basic dumbbell workouts it's great, adjusts easily and the foam has been surprisingly consistent and has not compressed in any real way yet. Folds away for easy storage, but can easily be pulled out and set up within 30 seconds.

Super easy to assemble, great price
This is well made, easy to assemble and has a very reasonable price. I goofed up and bought this as a bench press bench. The bench has a 700 pound limit. I thought, that would be plenty... and after I assembled it, realized that my weight is included in that number! As I am a petite 290 pounds, this would not cover the math. This is totally my fault and no reflection of the product. I am keeping it and will use it for dumbbell work.

Great for a tight budget.
For the price you can't beat it. It's not a $500 quality bench like you'd find in a gym but for the price, I love this thing. Easy to put together too.

Better than nothing, but stability is a problem
Good:- If you don't have a bench, this one is light and flexible. It allows you to do bench exercises and the price is good. (what entry level folks need)Issues:- The pad shape is very basic and not conducive to some exercises, especially for people with slight frames.- The base/frame is extremely light with minimal ground contact so stability is very poor. If you want to use your bench for simple exercises like step-ups, you will probably want to place plates or dumbbells on the feet of the base to add stability and reduce wobbling, though the light construction at the hinge will still wobble some.- The light weight construction and poor stability means you will outgrow this bench very quickly.

Great workout bench
I've been using this bench for over six months. It folds up out of the way quickly, yet is still sturdy enough for any of my workouts. At 6' and 200 lbs, I'm not exactly a light weight and this bench stands up to incline/flat bench presses, seated overhead presses and even weighted step ups.

Excellent space-saving budget bench
I would take a half star off and give it 4.5, only because it’s a bit hard to align the holes to remove the 2 pins that lock this bench in place when my arms are shaking after a workout. That’s the only downside. I have no space for a home gym and this bad boy slides neatly between my dresser and the wall when I don’t need it. It’s low profile but looks and works great when assembled. I use it for everything, from chest, arms, and back, to things like elevated pike push-ups and the like. The padding is supportive without being too soft or hard. This is a great value for this (or maybe any) price point!
