Dead to me are still alive!
Man, I (along with a few friends) thought this band may have been spent after the un-focused weirdness that was "African Elephants". Now I find myself calling this the best album of the new decade so far.Not to sound pretentious, but this almost comes off as post-hardcore pop/punk. Imagine a super-charged indie version of Green Day in 1996 with some Fugazi thrown in and you'll be somewhere close stylistically. Get this album! Best song: "I love my problems".

Something's off
I'll start by saying I have not been as big of a Dead to Me fan in the post-Jack era. I've heard a lot of these songs acoustic and dug them, but something about Chicken's vocals over the instrumentation just sounds off. Not as big of a fan of Moscow Penny Ante as earlier efforts.

Awesome!
I love Dead to Me and this album especially rocks plus they are also amazing live! Anyone who says otherwise is a pretentious butthead! Support SF underground!
