Fantastic set of knives - extremely sharp and outstanding quality.

Knives are great and do the job for all kinds of meat, particularly steak.

After seeing plenty of almost sharp and rather flimsy steak knives in our time we wanted something of quality. Our required characteristics solid in the hand, heavy and razor sharp. These fulfilled those three requirements very well, they sit nicely in the hand, the weight and bulk in the handle for good, the blade thicker than the average and NOT flimsy.

These knives are quite expensive but totally worth it. They look exceptional and are razor sharp. A good excuse to eat more steak!

Bought these as a present for my sister in law. It's not often I give a woman sharp knives.

I was very disappointed that these “Japanese” knives are made in China. I almost returned them based on the misleading description, however I needed them for dinner that evening and did not want to go without. Despite their country of origin, these knives are exceptional. Excellent weight and balance. They were package well with the blades protected. They are very sharp and seem to be quite well designed. Excellent size for steak knives. I just wish they were made in Japan as the product description indicates.

These knives feel great to use, are very sharp, have robust serration and are very appealing to the eyes. So far no complaints with these knives. The thicker handle is nice to use.

Produit qui n'appel pas la critique. C'est net, régulier sur la série en terme de finition et d'affûtage. Cela coupe très bien même la peau d'une tomate est coupée net en sortie de boité ! La taille est parfaite et la prise en main agréable. Les couteaux de table les plus classe que j'ai eu. Trop beaux ...

Muy bonitos

Bought these to match the Hoshano 7 piece knife block set that I also purchased. These steak knives are beautiful, comfortable to use and super sharp! They aren’t like a typical large, heavy steak knife either. They are similar size to a regular knife, just shaped like a proper steak knife should be. They are well balanced and fit well in the hand making them easy to hold and to use as intended. Very nice knives and I highly recommend them either as a stand alone set, or to complement the full knife block set. Highly recommended 10/10.
