Installation was very good and Quick by Mr.Rahul(Technician).It was a good experience.

Likes:1. Lock set looks elegant.2. Works on single wooden doors that are as thin as 2.8 cms / 28 mm - most similar locks require at least 3 cms thick doors for them to be installed.3. Audio feedback (beep) upon unlocking the door is not very loud and definitely not annoying.4. Lock feels premium once installed on the door5. Hndles operate smoothly and make no noises.6. 6 ways to unlock the door is amazing to say the least!7. Atomberg Home app is well made, is secure enough, and does everything as claimed. It connects to the lock once you enable BT and Location on your smartphone and it shows how much juice is left in the batteries. Here is where you can enroll your fingerprints / set PIN / enable key cards, and basically do all kinds of settings related to the lock.8. Very easy to replace the batteries when needed.9. Key card / Biometric / Pin / unlock from the app, all have worked flawlessly but I have not tried OTP and mechanical key methods to unlock.10. Ultra-fast unlock with fingerprint and key card.11. Chat support has been great and they assist you well on WhatsApp.12. Installation guy was prompt and was professional; super-fast installation on the same day, within hours of raising the installation request here in BengaluruDislikes - more like what would have made the lock even better:1. There should have been a direct yet secure way to enrol fingerprints / key cards / permanent pin on the lock which would later reflect on the app when connected and allow to be edited / deleted.I cannot comment on the battery life yet but time will tell.Overall, this lock is everything one can ask for whether it is for your home or for a small office. In a way, it is better to not have facial recognition.

Had a wonderful installation experience. Mr. Tinku Sharma from Atomberg took the Challenge of installing in my door (it has many grooves and designs therefore making the door thin at certain sections. He did a fantastic job. The product is seamless and easy to use.

Sleek, ergonomic design but sturdy and safe at the same time.The setup process through the app is simple and straightforward.I would recommend getting an Atomberg rep to do the installation. The response time is fast and technicians are well trained and efficient.One improvement area is the backplate setup. It's a screwed plate instead of a slider, which makes changing batteries a little cumbersome. But that is in no way a show-stopper.Highly recommended !

The product seems to be working fine from start. The build quality is good and feels durable. The pricing was spot on and that only made me choose this product. The min. door thickness was mentioned as 28mm, but the installer was literally bluffing saying it should be 35mm (as our door was 30mm) and its tough to install. Though he had installed the lock, he literally damaged parts of door, frame and wall as he was not having proper fixtures to fix and drill. He just had a drilling machine with a special drill bit, nothing else. He was literally in a complaining mode, saying our door wasn't of good quality, it was not installed properly etc. When i requested him to install the lock without damaging the doors, frame and wall, he was laughing and said it can't be done without damaging. Now, i have to call my carpenter and painter to cover up the damages this installer had caused.

Beware if you are going to buy this product for operating this smart lock from a remote location i. e. away from the location where lock is installed. Since it only works within a bluetooth range of 12 meters. And you have to share a permanent pin with the person who is going to unlock it. Since remote otp can be generated only 10 times after that you have to visit again the location for regenerating the new otps. If you are way from your house for a longer period it will be a big problem. The app in phone also disconnects even if you are near to this lock, its a technical glitch with the app. And it will not connect again. I have raised a complaint with the Atomberg customer care but i didn't got any support in last 4 days. They always say our backend team will call you back and nobody connected with me in last 4 days. This lock is useless for me and i want to return back this product but atomberg people are saying that it cannot be reteurned it can only be repaired.Hi Amazon team please help me in getting my money back as this product is a waste of money for me.
