Great Quality Star Anise
I really like this whole star anise. The pieces are fragrant and have a nice, strong aroma, which makes a big difference when cooking. I use it for soups, braised dishes, and other recipes that need that warm, slightly sweet flavor. The 7 oz bag is also a great amount to have on hand, especially if you cook with it regularly.
