The TV keeps rebooting non stop. They wouldnโt fix it, even while still on warranty

I am extremely disappointed! The TV arrived damaged and was not working at all. I scheduled a return twice, but no one came to collect the defective product. It seems to be a common issue with this provider. Now I have to deal with this inconvenience and wait for a refund since a replacement is not an option for the customers.
