Works with Topeak Rack
Installed perfectly on a Topeak rack. The Topeak rack system comes with a reflector mounted by default but also includes a bracket to install other types of accessories. This Tusita mount fit the bracket perfectly. My Garmin Varia light also perfectly connects to the Tusita quarter turn mount. If this product is 3D printed, you wouldn't know it. The surface is smooth and unblemished. The quarter turn mount provides a robust and solid 'click' when mounting the Varia light. I don't think I will have any worry about the light separating from the mount, even on rough mountain trails.

Works great with Ortlieb E-Trunk bag and its bottle cage mount
Great little adapter. I have one of these attached to an Old Man Mountain Rack and to an Ortlieb E-Trunk bag. This purchase was for the E-Trunk bag to use with a Garmin Varia Radar (see photos).I undid the bolts for the quarter-turn mount, rotated it 90° and re-attached it to make it work for my E-Trunk bag (with the Varia Radar). With the generous spacing for the bolt-on mounts, I was able to thread the lanyard for the Varia case through just in case the quarter-turn mount gets bumped or comes loose.Installation, including unthreading the quarter-turn mount and reattaching, and then bolting into the E-Trunk bag took about 3 minutes.I'm super-happy to be able to know that when I click on my E-Trunk bag onto my e-bike that I'll also have my Varia Radar attached. The positioning of the mount on the E-Trunk bag works well, also, as the radar is about as far back as it can be and won't have any obstructions (versus having it mounted to the seat or seatpost on the bicycle).I'll get an alert when vehicles are approaching from behind, and they'll be able to clearly see the light flashing back at them.

Works for me
Having recently obtained a Magene Radar Light for my main bike, I wanted to also utilize it on my grocery-getter with a rack. Replacing an outdated (yet reliable) micro-usb rear light. This worked great. Though I did put in some spacers for a better fit, I appreciate that the provided quality hardware was long enough to allow me to do this. This comes in the default position for Garmin, but is designed to be adjusted to Magne compatible. A definite plus. It is of sturdy construction, and designed to accept various mounting hole location scenarios.

Nice, simple product, well-suited to Garmin radar
Fit perfectly on the back of my bike rack. Easy to install. Radar fitted well into the holder, a firm hold that gives me confidence the device won’t fall of during a ride.

Does not allow varia to clear rear wheel
The product description says it is compatible with the ibera pakrat rear rack. While it bolts into the horizontal light bar just fine the garmin mount only allows for the varia to be mounted vertically on my bike with 700c/29" wheels.I this orientation the varia sits too low and the rear wheel gets in the way. Unable to mount inverted as the ibera rack gets in way.Would be fine if the rivets holding the garmin mount were replaced with bolts to allow the mount to be rotated 90 degrees to horizontally mount the varia. or if there was hardware to push the mount out 2 inches or so further to clear the rear wheel.

Secure way to attach a Varia to the rear rack
I find this a secure way to mount my Garmin Varia radar to the rear rack of my bike. I've been able to mount it on two different racks, and it provides an option to rotate the mounting 90 degrees.
