This item really helps with my menopause issues especially hot flushes. Works if taken regularly

Like others, I ordered two boxes of these, giving me a 28-day supply, but only a pack of 14 turned up. This is a shame as you can't really evaluate a product based on two-weeks' use. I will say that the presentation of these sachets is top-notch. The envelope-style box opens to reveal the tube sachets, and the whole thing is covered in information about the ingredients, quantities, and what each claims to do for the body. I really appreciate that as so many supplements seem to keep detailed content information for the website only. It's also a useful reference when considering any improvements/inaction in those physical areas. I take these sachets in water, which is my personal preference, but you can drink them directly from the sachet too, which is quick and easy. if it's going in water, you do need to stir well or shake vigorously, as it separates initially. It's easy to get into a habit of taking them, and I like that I don't have to remember to take a bunch of pills each day - I can just have a drink of quite-nice blackcurrant and apple flavoured 'squash'. I really like the inclusion of Ashwaganda and Lion's Mane, both of which help with regulating and improving focus. Ashwaganda in particular is recommended for calming anxiety, though it's not in a high dose here. I've found that my sleep is better since I've been on them - but then, we're coming out of a heatwave so it could be that! I have no adverse effects from taking them so far, but at £29.30 for a single pack of 2-weeks supply or £66.99 for a month, I doubt I'll find out. In my opinion, these are too expensive and there is a lot of competition out there offering similar combinations for less. I do think that if money weren't an issue, I'd probably give these another fortnight or more to see whether my sleep cycle has improved long-term.

Works for me with energy levels and also sleep, although only done a month now so would probably better measure it further down the line. The taste is fine, its a bit like blackcurrant squash, mix it well though.

I really like this new Kollo Meno Support - the taste is great, the sachets are very handy, and most importantly it seems to be helping with my cloudy brain and peri-menopaual stuff. I feel much brighter and am now subscribing

Only received 14 days supply and not 28 days. These Kollo Menopause Supplements Liquid are good quality. The sachets are easy to open and handy to carry about if travelling. You can either take them straight from the sachet or mix with water. I have tried both and I like the taste both ways, not too sweet. The levels of vitamins in this supplement is good, though I wouldn't recommend taking these at the same time as you take other multivitamins etc as these could overload your system, so I advise checking the doses etc first to ensure you aren't taking more than the recommended daily amount. I haven't noticed any differences, I feel this would need to build up in your system and a 14 day supply isn't enough. The product does state that you could notice differences if taken for 3 weeks consistently and unfortunately a 14 day supply didn't provide any results for me. Overall they have good levels to help support you, but expensive compared to similar products available and require you to be taking them for 3 weeks minimum consistently to potentially see results.

Too early to feel any improvement but taste good and it's easy to take.

It might work if it wasn’t for awful taste. I find it too sweet and strong blackcurrant flavour, did try mix with water to weaken the taste but still taste not nice. It is ok for someone who likes blackcurrant. Not for me unfortunately

I've used Kollo products before, so I was interested to try this menopause supplement. The individual sachets are really convenient because there's no measuring involved. They're easy to keep in a handbag or take away for a few days, and there's no risk of leaks like you sometimes get with bottled liquids. The flavour is pleasant and the sachets open easily without making a mess. I also like that the ingredients are clearly listed and the product is specifically formulated for women during menopause. As with any supplement, results will vary from person to person and they're intended to complement a healthy diet rather than replace one. What I can say is that the product is well presented, convenient to use and feels like a quality offering. It's an easy addition to a daily routine and one I'd be happy to continue using.
