Emotional Intelligence: A 21-Day Step by Step Guide to Mastering Social Skills, Improve Your Relationships, and Boost Your EQ

There's lots of repetitions throughout this book, lots of words but they don't carry much useful content. Maybe taking out unnecessary content and considerably shortening this book would improve it. Every aspect of emotional intelligence has been thinly stretched and repeated over and over again either as an entire chapter or a part of it but I didn't find much practical advice and examples given by the author didn't offer much insight either. Personally, I didn't find this book helpful and expected more of a practical approach.
