Good quality and good product ... The cleaning is perfect ... Easy to use .. good customer support . .

I purchased this vacuum in April 2026 and initially found it useful for regular floor cleaning. The vacuum is convenient and works well for everyday cleaning and wet spills. However, after several months of normal use, the upper section suddenly came off while I was cleaning. There was no drop, impact, or accident involved. Since then, the vacuum has not been usable properly. I contacted SEZNIK customer support and they responded quickly, registered my warranty claim, and provided a ticket number. They have also arranged to send replacement parts. Overall, the product was useful when working, but the durability of the upper section is a concern. I’m hoping the replacement resolves the issue.

The Electrical capacity of the vacuum is excellent
