I have been using this vacuum cleaner for months now and it works effortlessly making it easier into clean everywhere. I was looking for an affordable vacuum clear that has a good suction specifically for my house as I have a dog and there is fur everywhere making it a pain to clean the house properly but this vacuum clear makes it so easy to clean in one go! Recently the motor of the cleaner started showing sparks and I reached out to the customer support and they were very active instantly helping in exchange of the motor part as I have warranty. So I’m waiting to see how the exchanged one works now as they said it’ll be a new one I’ll be receiving.

Good quality and worth buying.The product is easy to use for daily needs and works well.However, some big brands don’t provide proper customer service. But SEZNIK’s customer care service is excellent. They understand the issue quickly and provide a quick solution.One thing to note: If the product usage limit is not clearly mentioned in the specifications, the machine needs a 10-minute break after every 20 minutes of continuous use. The recommended maximum daily usage is 2 hours.Overall, I’m satisfied with the product and especially impressed with the customer service from SEZNIK.

The Senzik vacuum cleaner is working really well, and overall I’m very satisfied with it. It effectively collects dry dust and waste particles, although a little extra effort is sometimes needed for a completely thorough clean & one concern is that the vacuum gets noticeably hot and develops some odour within just 10–15 minutes of continuous use. I feel this is an area that could be improved. The mop function works very well and is a great addition.A special mention to the Senzik team for their excellent customer support.
