It gets the job done.
Works fine for schoolwork and web browsing. Bought this while working in my masters as my normal laptop is bulky and I was traveling internationally. Worked great although definitely lacking in performance. The touchscreen is nice too. Its an even better value now as its 50$ cheaper than when i bought it. Copilot features, which i have since ceased using, did lag quite a bit for things like PowerPoint and summaries.

I wish i could give this negative star. The device, the seller, and Amazom. ALL NEGATIVE STARS!!! The device itself is slow, apps always froze, constantly glitching. Coud not even use to write papers. In the middle of writing emails and it would force me to the home screen. Entirety the worst device I've ever purchased. A $60 phone has more capability then this device. Tried to return and was toled it require a UPS pickup. They never came. I tried to take it to a UPS store. however, amazon doesn't give you the label when it's required to be picked up. I was given the UPS customer service number, but when I called them, I was told in a long winded answer that they couldn't help me. Spent several hours with amazon's customer service message system. Still didn't get anywhere. Now it looks like, because I can't get any help to return the crome book, I won't get the refund and can't put that money to a device that I can actually use. VERY STRONGLY UNSATISFIED!!!

Great quality laptop!
Great computer. Size is great for traveling and able to pull it out and work from anywhere! Light weight and durable. Accessories are nice as well! Battery life is good! Touch screen works great. Great value for the money! Would recommend and definitely buy again.

Purchased this for our online sales and board meetings! It is perfect size ,touchscreen works amazing and is great quality. Battery holds for a decent amount of time! Lightweight and flips with no problems!
