I love peppermint oil capsules. They are so elf fewctive and help me with bloating within 1 day of starting them back . These capsules don’t have a taste which I much prefer. They are effective for symptoms of ibs have no side effects but good digestive effects, good value for money.

These dont' have the cleanest ingredients but they work. I was not happy with the fact that half of the capsules were busted when the pack arrived, but I got compensated by Amazon. I then bought another 'better and cleaner' brand and they were utterly useless, which emphasised that these worked for me, good at debloating and clearing trapped gas.
