Very Happy with these!!
I love these pans! They're nice and heavy, and work great for my bread. The added extra for me is that you can use one for a loaf and then the other one fits nicely on top as a lid if you want when starting your bake. I would definitely order more of these.

Good quality and is making fantastic loaves of bread so far. I made sure to season them again with olive oil before first use as i want them to last and they have been easy to clean up and reapply before storage until next loaf.

Here’s why I’d recommend it: Double Duty Baking: Although it’s designed as a covered pan for a single loaf, I use the base and lid separately to bake two loaves at once. This lets me make double the bread in one go, which has been a game changer! Solid Cast Iron Quality: It has the heft and durability you expect from cast iron, and it retains heat beautifully. This gives my loaves a consistent rise and a gorgeous crust. Even Heat Distribution: Whether I’m baking sourdough or a quick bread, the heat distribution has been excellent. Each loaf comes out evenly browned, and I haven’t experienced any issues with hot spots. Affordable for Cast Iron: For the price, this set is a steal!
