This is gonna be a long review, here we go. Reformer arrived way faster than expected. Was packaged well, even with damage to the box, the reformer was fine. Easy to set up. I wish there was a faster and easier way to adjust the length of the ropes but it's not difficult to adjust them, it just took me 3-4 tries to get them to the right length to give me full range of motion on leg work. Customer service is impeccable. One of the front wheels on the sled failed really fast, and I emailed the seller and they responded within hours even though it was late at night. They had a package of replacement wheels out the next day. They took a little bit to arrive but changing the wheel was not hard (only tricky part was figuring out how to remove the sled from the reformer and if you sit it on it's side and open the frame to a 90 degree bend, it slides right now with no issues). Then the OTHER wheel failed. I was starting to feel discouraged but luckily they had sent a complete set of wheels already so I replaced that one right away and emailed them my irritation and they immediately gave me a partial refund without my even asking for it. A++ customer service. So, this isn't a studio quality reformer but since replacing both wheels and dialing in where the length of the ropes needs to be, I am pleased. I've been using it now for a couple weeks daily with no additional issues or complaints and honestly, for the price I paid and the super responsive customer support, I think this is an excellent option for those of us that can't invest thousands of dollars in home workout equipment. I'm 5'6" and i think if you were much taller you might have some issues getting full range of motion on leg work in straps but you can always modify your position to help and the shoulder blocks come out easily to give you just a little more room if you need. The springs aren't as heavy as the reformers in the studio but I can still get a pretty impressive workout and with the included bands to supplement the springs, you can definitely push yourself. It's quieter than I expected and while I do wish the foot straps were a bit bigger so I could use them up on my knees, that's really not an issue, I can add a strap easily. There is not a foot strap on the base plate to help with holding your feet down during short box ab work so I just bought some nylon straps and added one myself. Being able to fold it up and slide it out of the way is easy enough if you can lift about 60 lbs. It can be a little awkward folding it up and the holes where the pins go weren't all drilled straight through so I couldn't get the pins in but we fixed that with a drill and i could get at least one pin in every moving part even before fixing the couple holes that needed help to make it safe to use. If you want a studio reformer, this isn't it. But if you need an economical alternative that gets the job done, this is a great option. I'm super happy with my purchase and even happier with how fast and responsive the customer service is. just be aware that the headrest doesn't move (I just use a rolled up towel) and there's no bounce board. So, overall, I think for the price, this is an excellent option. Since I moved to an area without any pilates studios, my hips were super angry at not getting the strengthening and stretching I had been getting in a studio and this definitely has helped a ton, I can tell a major difference in my mobility. I would buy it again.

I do Pilates in a studio but wanted to be able to continue practice at home, especially for stretching. This reformer meets my expectations and requirements. The good: Its quality made and sturdy. I am a larger woman (5'7" and over 200) I do not feel like its going to collapse on me or tip over. It works great for all basic moves and of course feet in straps stretches. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. It also stores away easily and takes up very little space when folded. Its also fairly quiet, not any noisier than the studio reformers. The "bad" (not really bad, these are within my expectations but its not studio quality nor did it cost $2000+ so really its fine): Its a bit shorter than the ones at my studio so I wouldn't want to use it with a jump board. The shoulder blocks are not comfortable but they remove easily which is what I do most of the time. The hand and foot straps are too small and crap quality, I purchased full sized ones for about $25. There are no handles to hang the straps. I actually hang them on the pulleys since its a smaller reformer I can just push all the way out to retrieve them. If they decided to make handles for them that I can add on I would probably buy them if not too pricey. In Conclusion: I am very happy with this home reformer. I wasn't expecting studio quality at such a low price. The reformer arrived very quickly and in great condition. It suits my needs very well and I do recommend it if you are looking for a home reformer.

I have never taken a pilates class, but decided to just purchase this reformer. I absolutely LOVE this machine, it was really easy to put together, I was able to do it all by myself. What a great piece of equipment to add to my fitness routine. I live where it is hot and I am able to easily use this in my home, I just put on a pilates video and follow that routine. I really like the ability of adjusting the springs to make the workout fit my needs that day. I have seen great results already, if you are thinking about purchasing this reformer, it is ABSOLUTELY worth the money.

Good product but the photos that come with the instructions are not helpful. I prefer black and white diagrams. These are color photos and are too zoomed out. Adjusting the length of the straps is easy but I can't ever get them to the exact same length. It's a little frustrating. Wish it flowed smoother on the wheels. Little noisy and does not work great for pulsing exercises. But..... this is a good fair priced beginning reformer for anyone who is new to pilates and unsure if they are gonna stick with it. I found some good videos on you tube for workouts. In a year or so may buy a more advanced one

I bought this Reformer on a whim when it was on sale. I was not convinced about Pilates in general so I didn't want to spend a fortune. Turns out I didn't need to - this machine is wonderful! It is very well made, and heavy-duty. It feels like it would hold an elephant! It is easy to assemble, and it folds for storing. There are many springs and tension rods so it has plenty resistance for a multitude of exercises. The carriage movement is smooth and quiet. The machine is higher off the ground than others, which I liked. Pilates seems to be the perfect exercise for me, as I am 68 years old. I have not been sore and had no joint pain after following the first you tube Pilates video. I contacted the company to ask about availability of a box. I received a reply from Eric, who actually sent me one free! I was astounded and have to say that the best thing about this machine is the customer service! Eric has gone above and beyond!

I absolutely love this Pilates machine! The quality is excellent, it’s very sturdy, and it feels much more expensive than it is. Assembly was straightforward, and it provides a smooth, comfortable workout. What really sold me is the value. For about the cost of one month of Pilates studio membership, I now have a reformer at home that I can use whenever I want, without scheduling classes or driving anywhere. It’s been a fantastic investment in my fitness and convenience. If you’re considering bringing Pilates into your home, I highly recommend this machine. Great quality, great price, and worth every penny!

This is my first time with a pilates reformer and I'll be honest, I'm still figuring out all the different things I can do. The machine itself was really easy to set up and appears to be solid and made from quality materials. The padded bench is comfortable too. The description of the product indicates that there is an easy to follow exercise guide (or something along those lines), but it is just a page showing one pose per exercise which for a beginner is not really very helpful. Not to be defeated, I researched and found a good app to show me excercises and provide me pre-set routines, then talk me through it, which is really helpful. For someone who knows pilates, it will likely be easy, but if you're a newbie to it like me, I would recommend researching apps that you can use to help get you started. The machine works smoothly and I am slowly working on increasing resistance, so far so good. I think this investment will be well worth it!

Great quality Pilates reformer! I bought this for my sister, and she absolutely loves it. It feels very sturdy, smooth, and well-made. Assembly was easy, and material feels high quality and durable. It works just like a studio machine, and she uses it all the time. Definitely worth it and highly recommend! I think my favorite part- the way the colors look at the bottom, it makes you motivated to change weights! And if needed- you can fit this in a car, and it’s simple

No headrest and tiny compared to a proper studio machine. Not comfortable to do the leg moves as my head is halfway hanging out the head part and I am only 5ft.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife , she loves it. It was easy to assemble and works perfectly. It doesn’t feel cheap and fits well in the spare room and can be folded away neatly behind a sofa or in the cupboard. Really worth the investment . Happy wife = Happy Life 🤣🥳

After comparing & doing an extensive amount of research into reformers for several months .. I decided to purchase based on several reasons including customer feedback . So here’s mine . It’s perfect! Smooth glid, quality and fits perfect in my space . Took approx 30 mins to assemble and was simple . I have to fold and put away after use & it’s easy to fold and neat in comparison to others on the market . Excellent value for money . Do not be put off with lower price point , its excellent quality I cannot fault it . I would love if a jump board was made and designed for this particular model as an extra add on and also a Pilates box . I’d purchase both in a heartbeat . Don’t over think it . Just buy it !!

Been using this for a few months now, absolutely fantastic machine. Very simple to put together by myself, heavy tho so slightly awkward to move alone. Smooth carriage movement and very easy to change the resistance too. Can't fault it at all. Great fun to use so doesn't feel like a workout at all. If you are on the fence, BUY IT! You won't regret it at all

It does what it says on the tin.
