Easy to activate. SIM works as it should

The SIM card would not work in my phone correctly. Text messages could not be received due to a SIM card error. I phoned Vodafone for advice and they were absolutely awful and so unhelpful. I phoned Speakeasy Telecom who this SIM is provided by and activated through and the service was outstanding. The gentleman I spoke to talked me through everything, phoned Vodafone and resolved the issue very quickly. Would highly recommend Speakeasy Telecom. They sell sims from other providers too.

Sim didn't work, after 24hrs called Vodafone for support, they couldn't help either. Ended up throwing it in the bin, went to my local phone shop and went with Lyca mobile. Took 2 minutes to do and was up and running. I have a family of 6 all with phones,Vodafone you have lost us all. A complete waste of money. Avoid and get a proper SIM elsewhere.

I bought this sim card for my iPad to take to a festival. Setup was quick and easy. No issues with coverage whilst I was at the festival and I could keep track of my data via the app. Others then tethered their devices to the iPad so they could use the data. I thought it was really good value for the amount of data. I’d definitely recommend and purchase again.

Perfect for people visiting the UK. Plenty of data for a very reasonable price. It was straight-forward to set up, especially if your phone has dual sim slots. Consistently had better signal than my sim on the 3 network but they achieved comparable speeds when tested.

Good value for money

Really easy to set up and top up. As I was purchasing to use in a camera for my stables I needed one that you could top up without removing and putting in a phone. This sim was just the thing and I have topped up already really simple and their customer service is spot on. Replies within an hour to questions and even helped me when I chose the wrong top up!

Update: 9 months later. Just ordered another to get the 10Gb + 10Gb free. Installed it in my TP-Link M3750, switched it on and was up and running in seconds. It simply works. And great service again when I asked questions about roaming in Europe with this SIM The SIM arrived quickly and was activated quickly when the instructions in the product description were followed - emailing support with the SIM's phone number and your Amazon order number. Following activation (10 minutes after I sent my email request), you get a confirmation email then the free 20Gb is added by Vodafone a short time later, giving 30Gb in total from a 10Gb purchase. I had one question about getting the free 20Gb for the next 2 months. The answer was to pay the same amount again (not more) on the monthly anniversary of the date of activation. My question was answered quickly and accurately. If you follow the instructions exactly as described, you'll be up and running in no time and get 60Gb free over 3 months. Note that unused data from the free allowance (20Gb per month) is not carried over to the next month. That's in Vodafone's terms and conditions. I'm using the SIM in a TP-Link M7350 mobile wifi hotspot and it's working perfectly.

Compré dos y cumplieron con la descripción, pero no le pongo las 5 estrellas porque la instalación fue poco intuitiva y nos llevó varias horas hasta que conseguimos que funcionaran. Una vez instaladas y en pleno funcionamiento diario, nos duraron las dos semanas que estuvimos de vacaciones sin problemas.

Un timo! Me llegó de 7G y no se puede activar fuera de UK. En un plazo de 24 horas. Lo peor es que no se puede devolver. Dinero a la basura.

Doesn't work at all and won't work on holiday or out of UK so shouldn't be allowed to be sold outside UK
