Definate results after just one week! I noticed an immediate effect to my appetite, and a small loss at the scale. If you found this product then you probably already researched & know its benefits but in case you dont Ill mention that its derived from the roots of a plant (Plectranthus barbatus aka Coleus forskohlii). This may not be a plus to some but I prefer to lose weight with natural products (in combination to eating better & light exercise) so the fact the ingredient list isnt a bunch of chemicals was a huge factor in me trying it. Ive been steadily losing weight & I feel this really helps gives the added boost to my routine to make it more efficient & to see results faster. Everyones different though so I recommend trying for yourself...the price is reasonable & this is one of the strongest versions available.

I was using this every morning, however I saw nothing different and my stomach started to hurt. Although, I am not saying that the pills were the reason, I have stopped using them, mainly because I don't think they are doing anything.
