RX Kinesiology Tape - Hypoallergenic Adhesive

My son is type 1 diabetic ..so he has a sensor on his arm to monitor the blood sugars .. before I got this tape it would often fall off .. this tape is great at keeping his sensor in place and does not hurt him .. great product

Got this as it was more suited for sensitive skin, which meant it comes off a bit easier and therefore isn’t as supportive long term. Had to change it every two days, but I was able to peel it off like a cross between a plaster and a wax strip. Better than a rash! Used it over my knee cap for a grinding injury due to continuing to run with a misalignment caused by tight muscles and a gluteal weakness.

This tape pretty much held me together throughout my 2nd pregnancy as I was suffering a lot with SPD/PGP (used in conjunction with regular massage and chiropractic care). I'd had allergic reactions to a few different tapes previously and tried the Gentle Rock tape on a friend's recommendation. I used it until about 34 weeks gestation when I had another reaction to this one unfortunately, but put this down to changes in hormones and due to how much my skin was stretching (hence 4*). I used it alongside medical adhesive remover to help clean the residue off when applying/reapplying the tape.

Very good tape, does the job very well. Before buying be aware the adhesive is very strong and can be painful to peel off.

I use this for a client with sensitive skin who is usually allergic to the adhesive - did a tester first. Shoulder area has been fine and dandy - no issue - lower back there was a reaction but, areas give different reactions.

Tape does not stick on well, I think they replaced the adhesive with hope to make stay on as it falls off within seconds. Yes I know how to apply it and only got this as Neo G wasn't available in time I needed it. Wasted won't buy again would prefer to suffer pain that suffer annoyance!

I tried kinesiology tape years ago (a different name brand) and it caused a skin reaction and took my skin off. I had given up on it until tennis elbow started taking over my life. The tape is immediately helpful and reduces my pain by about half. It has stayed on for up to 5 days, and I still had to work to peel it off- much more longevity than I expected. I will say that the pain reduction starts to fade after day 2. I wore one stretch of tape during a camping trip that I applied on Monday morning, and it stayed on until I removed it on Friday morning, despite using tons of sunscreen, insect spray, and swimming in a lake for 1-2 hours (or more) every day. If I use a little coconut oil or moisturizer, it's easier to work it off. No skin irritation at all, and I'm sensitive to adhesives in general. I highly recommend this version. It's stayed on much, much longer than any of the other name brands, including the ones sold at my local grocery store. While I'm not glad that I need the tape, I'm grateful that it helped so much when I was desperate for any aid while I wait to see the doctor and start PT.

I purchased this tape to use while pregnant for abdominal support (at the recommendation of my PT). Unfortunately my skin reacts to hospital grade bandages/tapes, and it reacted to this tape as well.

Ich bin von diesem Band extrem begeistert. Denn ich hatte keine Lust meine Beine zu rasieren und habe das Tape einfach drüber geklebt. Es hat trotzdem extrem gut gehalten und lies sich unter der Dusche ganz leicht ohne Schmerzen entfernen. Top Band! Ich habe es auch schon das zweite mal bestellt.
