Flimsy. Parts chipped and broken.Installation is complicated and tedious. Even the dedicated delivery person could not assemble it. Returned after much hassle.

The quality is like okay but thus product is not delivered by Amazon. It is delivered by the people of " delhivery " and they said that they don't deliver it on floors they just put the package on ground floor and go. But after multiple try they said that they would deliver it to 3rd floor but it would cost 1500 rupees . And the thing which I don't like was that they didn't put the package to my building entrance gate they said that taking it there also would cost 300 rupees. I really didn't like this that why would I have to pay 1800 extra just to take the parcel. But I disagreed and I told them to keep it near my entrance. they were also In too much hurry. I told them to use the lift then also they told me 1500 rupees. So this a advice that may help you if you are on higher floors. Please consider any other product also this is Chinese product. The design is good and the quality is also good but only id the delivery would have been good.

Product quality is good. Bed assembly drawing is not correct thats why more time is required to assemble it. Amazon assembly service executive is very nice, he assembled it properly without referring it's assembly drawing

The product is overall good. But there is an issue of some sound while moving on the bed.

We had to return the product twice because of missing or damaged parts. First time we asked for a replacement. But the second time we asked for return and refund. We received the refund within 4 days.

But there is no installation service
