So cool So convenient it will stop working in like a month you have to charge it and then all you gotta do is reset it this is how If you press down on where the motion sensor is for three seconds, it activates a system restart. Goes right back on and you use again until you have to charge it again and reset it

Love it!! Now I don't know how effective these uv light sanitizers are as i don't have control over the science, but this product does exactly as stated. I like how easy it is to install (just peel and stick the mount on the wall). Be careful where you put it as that double sided tape can take a chunk out of your dry wall when removed. It tells you the best places to put it (such as tile, glass, etc). All you do is wave your hand in front of it, it opens, hang your brush up, then wave your hand across the front again to close it. The countdown to cleanliness begins once the kids closes and displays on the the front. Remember not to stare at the uv light as it could damage your eyes. Thick Nik's Tip: I personally prefer NOT to mount it near the toilet. I don't like the idea of flushing the toilet and water particles splashing or the aroma of human waste near my toothbrush regardless of it being sanitized. 🥴

I bought this previously and contacted support because it stopped working and they never responded. So I gave in and bought a second one and this one DOESNT work either! At least the first one worked out of the box this one didn’t work from the start. So frustrating Original post: I was so excited to get this product. It was probably one of my top five Amazon purchases of all time. It made my bathroom so decluttered and it was so simple to install. Just stick it on the mirror and the charge lasted. I purchased it beginning of July and it worked great but then all of a sudden it just stopped working altogether. When I plug it into charge, the screen comes on showing that it is charging, but then the motion sensor and the power, and none of the screen works. I contacted product support and they have not gotten back to me. Very disappointed because I do love this product.

Bought this specifically because it is supposed to clean AND dry the toothbrush. First time using this morning, dried off with a paper towel as usual, put it in this ‘product’. The blue light came on for 20 seconds, heard a very soft fan sound for 100 seconds including the time the light was on. Assumed it was drying the toothbrush. It supposedly repeated this process several more times during the day. Got home this evening, ate and took my toothbrush out of this ‘product’ and it was still just as wet as it was this morning when I put it in. I will give it another try tomorrow but I don’t expect any better results. Edited: Should have given this a little more time before reviewing. After another day or so, it worked as it should. May even buy another for a Christmas gift.

This is sexy and cool and looks great and the motorized window is slick. All good, worth the premium price, does what it says, good battery life, yada yada. There is a reason it gets 4 stars as it's pretty good for the most part. However it doesn't get 5 stars for these 2 reasons: 1.) The wall mount is very very loose and the whole unit rattles and wobbles several degrees in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions. It makes it look like it's not mounted straight so I had to throw some hot glue on the pack and seal it up so it fits solid and doesn't rattle around. This will hurt transporting it a bit if you care about that. 2.) At the same time I bought their own Bitvae electronic toothbrush with a normal head, not the rotating small circular head. IT BARELY FITS! Their own toothbrush that is supposed to fit needs to be pushed in hard, needs to be oriented a certain way, and it MUST be pushed in all the way plus can NOT be at any angle otherwise the door doesn't close. It fits a normal toolbrush perfectly and how you would expect. A normal toothbrush goes in easily, comes out flawlessly, can be oriented so the bristles are facing the UVA/C LED but their own electronic toothbrush has to be facing away from the LED and very precise care taken to ensure it goes in without jamming it up. Poor design and maybe it fits their other models better. It's a cool device and hoping my toothbrushes are cleaner and have less germs after this and I will be the envy of the neighborhood with this...ok maybe not but it's pretty cool nonetheless.

This is pretty cool! The last model I got didn’t have a dryer in it so it got moldy inside. This one drys and sanitizes which is a great feature. I love that it is not battery operated, it plugs in and you wave your hand and it opens and then you put in your brush and wave your hand to close and it begins the count down to dry and sanitize. Big thumbs up!

This toothbrush cleaner sticks right onto the wall, which saves counter space and keeps everything much more organized. The blue light feature is a huge bonus—it gives a sense of extra cleanliness and makes the whole setup feel modern and high-tech. It’s easy to use, holds the toothbrush securely, and the light turns on automatically. My bathroom looks cleaner and my toothbrush feels fresher. Definitely worth it!

Update: I still really like this, but I have to drop the rating since they just don't seem to last. After about a month of use one of the two sanitizing LEDs stopped working. The seller was great and after a few messages sent a replacement unit. It's been less than a month and once again one of the LEDs is out. I really like the idea behind these UV and air drying toothbrush holders. Most of these are pretty large and designed for 4+ toothbrushes. With just two of us I didn't need anything that big. I have a different model that I ordered but I didn't pay much attention to the dimensions. When I got it it was much larger than I expected and stuck out too far, it was a big 4" square cube. It worked well though. We're remodeling our bathroom now and we wanted something that was more aesthetically pleasing, and smaller. This was highly rated and seemed to be no bigger than it needed to be. It's about 1 3/4" deep, a little over 2" wide, and about 4 1/2" tall. It mounts easily with a little plastic piece you adhere to the wall with an included piece of double sided tape. This allows you to easily remove the whole unit from the wall for cleaning or charging when needed. It's actually kinda fun to use. You put your hand within a few inches and the face plate silently and smoothly pivots out of the way all high-techy like. I don't know about other toothbrushes but our classic style Oral B heads fit snugly. You put your hand in front of it again and it closes and starts a cleaning / drying cycle. Pretty easy to use. I like that there are two UV LEDs directly in-line with the brush heads. Some only use one LED. One thing I'm not sure about is if it has a fan or not. The description says it's air drying which suggests a fan, but it also shows that it's "ventilated". I've tried to see if I can detect or hear a fan running and I can't. There's a little fan icon on the display, but if there's a fan it's inaudible and doesn't move any perceptible air. I think it's just using the fact that it's ventilated to help dry the brushes. I'd rate it 5 stars if it had a fan to help dry better.

Worked fine initially, then stopped working suddenly. Tried recharging it, but had no effect, still dead.
