I wanted a new and comfortable chair and that is exactly what I got, it arrived quickly and very well packed with clear instructions and diagrams. I would have struggled to put it together on my own but my husband sailed through it, he said they were some of the best instructions he had seen. The bolts were all individually packed and marked plus there was a spare one for each of the types you needed not to mention that the allen key provided was brilliant it looks almost like a cork screw and was simple to use, I would say from unboxing to sitting in the chair took us an hour . The chair itself is so comfortable the seat which moves up and down is well padded and the back is mesh and moulded to my back, it also has a lumber support that you can move up and down to suit. The arm rests also move up and down so you can find the right height for you it also has an adjustable head rest but I am unlikely to use that . All in all this chair is magic and I love it.

For anyone who spends long hours at a desk and needs a sturdy, supportive, and truly comfortable chair, this is 100% worth it. I honestly wish I had bought it sooner!

The chair was purchased for my daughter. It was easy enough to install. The steps are as below: The main frame and base feet are ABS. The base feet are rocked into the main frame. This takes some force. The gas spring drops in and the castors push in. The mild steel back plate is fed through the slot at the bottom of the ABS backrest and secured with 4x M6x20 bolts (O). Note the orientation of the padded ABS cushion (seat base) and the ABS arms before attaching. The longer part of the arm points towards the front of the cushion. The instructions suggest fitting arms with the single inside bolts first. Both arms can be attached this way before securing with the pair of outer bolts. All bolts are M6x30 (P). Don't over-tighten the bolts as the arms allow some in/out adjustment. Note the orientation of the mild steel tilt control mechanism. The sticker marked "front" faces the front of the cushion. Loosely attach the four M6x20 (N) bolts by hand and align the tilt control on the bottom of the cushion so that it's square. Tighten the bolts and then go around again to make sure they're fully tightened. The tilt control is greasy. Take care that no grease is left on your hands that could mark the rest of the chair. Rock the cushion forwards so that it sits at an angle. Insert the back plate into the gap between the cushion and the tilt control. Loosely attach the three M8x20 (M) bolts. Make sure the back plate is aligned before fully tightening the bolts. Like the arms, the back plate allows some in/out adjustment. Lift and lower the chair on to the base/gas spring. Take care with this as the assembled chair is now heavy. Attach the ABS headrest to the backrest with two M6x20 (Q) bolts. The cover plates K and L can be clipped into the back of the chair to cover the bolt heads. K clips into the backrest above the back plate and L clips into the headrest. The chair is now complete. The headrest can be moved up/down by loosening its bolts, adjusting and re-tightening. Retain the allen-key tool for any future adjustment. The chair is very comfortable. It has slight reclining effect when pushing back. The lumber support is excellent feature. Overall, it’s a lovely chair. Very happy with the purchase.

Great chair. Very comfy. One mark off as instructions really hard to follow. I even completed the returns slip as I thought the wrong pieces sent as they were different to the instructions. Finally found a YouTube video to help build it and cancel the return. Overall great value for money but google a video to help build - instructions useless.

The quality of the components is good and I found no difficulties or problems during the assembly process. The assembled chair was sturdy and strong and the seat was soft and comfortable to sit on. The lumbar support is effect and helps you maintain posture while sitting and the adjustable arm wrests are ideal for use under desks. Price point is fair and reasonable and I think overall it's a great value for money purchase.

Una volta montata la sedia si presenta di buona qualità e con materiali resistenti. È provvista di numerose regolazioni, altezza della seduta, inclinazione schienale e braccioli regolabili in altezza; è presente anche un comodo supporto lombare. Ho provato altre sedie su questa fascia di prezzo in passato, ma questa a mio parere merita davvero. Consigliata

Los materiales de la silla están muy bien, además fue muy fácil y rápida de armar. Muy cómoda y firme.

Muy cómoda, teletrabajo y he notado el cambio, es como las que tenemos en la oficina. Peso 87 kilos y mido alrededor de 1,83 cm por si a alguien le sirve de referencia. Es fácil de montar, trae todo lo necesario. Se puede regular reposabrazos, altura y el ajuste para las lumbares. De momento estoy muy contento con ella.
