Very appealing and aesthetic addition in kitchen. Very sharp and the grip is very good.

The knife set is a very nice product. The quality feels good, and the knives are very sharp, making cutting and chopping much easier in the kitchen. However, since they are extremely sharp, you do need to be careful while using and cleaning them. Overall, a great addition to the kitchen if handled properly.

Back when I had decided to upgrade from a regular kitchen knife to something better, this or rather these printed knife sets caught my eye. But what sold me was the silicone blade sheath. After using the pairing knife and noting how sharp it was, that it allowed me to make thin tomato slices, I decided to keep it aside for future use. That once-in-a-blue-moon day never arrived. Did I mention how attractive the colored handles and prints are? That is what made me get a second set (orange) from another place. Although that did not come with full blade sheaths, I have used that set for testing purposes so here is my honest review. For starters, irrespective of where you buy it from, these sets are the same. They are sharp, pretty to look at and that's about it. The sharpness stems from having a thin blade that will bend every now and then, when you try to cut tougher vegetables like large onions, potatoes or the random watermelon. While the wobble isn't permanent the thinness will stand out when you use it regularly, especially so when you pick the Chef Knife or the Cleaver. Both are supposed to be thick and somewhat heavy blades by default thereby negating the need to put your strength behind every halving of a vegetable or fruit. The thin blade and by proxy the light weight is both its pro and con at the same time, you have to exercise caution when cutting anything tough. For this very reason, if you are thinking of opting for this set to replace your stock kitchen knife, please go for one that has a thicker blade and carries a bit of weight. These do not spark joy.

Super sharp. Good quality. Comfortable to hand and good build of blade. Thick and has proper weight to it.
