Excellent product, as everything from ubiquiti. It comes with the power brick, and works beatifully. Be sure to get the adapters if you want to put it in your rack. Etherlightining cannot be disabled, but you can dim it to 1% and it wont bother. Screen can also be turned off for almost al day if needed.

Powerful little switch!
Ubiquiti is top of the line when it comes to network equipment. Setup and implementation into my home Ubiquiti ecosystem was very easy. I orginally wanted the 24 port POE ubiquiti switch but this guy had better features and power for the same price. Very happy with my decision to go with this model instead. The etherlighting is pretty cool too. Only bummer is that it doesn't come with the mounting kit for a rack. But the switch itself get 5 stars in my opinion.
