Looks amazing
Looks amazing on our sink. Very good quality heavyweight item. Easy to fit and connect. However, make sure you have enough space between the tap and the wall, at least 35mm or the handle hits the wall and you can’t turn it fully.

Great two for a great price.
Great price for a great tap. Just what we wanted for out small cloakroom basin. Looks good quality and nice to use. Flow is not to fast so remains within the basin and doesn’t soak you like our old one!

Nice item
The tap has only been in place for just over a week, but the build quality feels to a high standard, and the tap movement feels very smooth and allows for easy use. I am very pleased with this item.

Leaks
Although I loved the style and overall appeal of this tap, it leaked from the moment it was commissioned. I tried everything in my power to stem the leak from the tap tail port, even trying fresh neoprene 'O' rings to no avail. I had to turn off the house supply water in order to leave the house as the substantial leak could not be stopped. Interestingly, it only leaked when the tap was turned off owing to the water pressure being released when in use, but as soon as the tap was stopped, the leak continued. I spoke to a professional who said it is a tap issue and not an installation issue and his advise was to throw the tap in the bin and order a new one. Clearly, from an environmental perspective, this is not an option for me so I am returning the item back to the supplier via Royal Snail.
