Great for roadtrips!
Bought this a few days before our roadtrip. Shipment arrived on time and product worked as described. I was always having problems with my son falling asleep and with no support on the seatbelt he'd just be a limp noodle with his head in very unsafe positions. The seatbelt pillow fixed that for me. Great product

These are huge
First of all i received a used and damaged product. The item came in Amazon repacking materials which it shouldn't happen as i bought a new unit not a used like new! And there was a hole on one piece and it looked it was used some days for sure.I was looking for something comfortable for my son but these are huge definitely not for 16 months old. My baby will be lost in these covers. They are really big check out the pictures. If you have a small baby stay away get something else. I am looking for another cover now.

Great Product. Works as intended.
Great Product. Works as intended.Used on long road trip, My son used one, and I used the other. We both slept comfortably while my wife drove. Its like having a small pillow attached to the seatbelt.

Good for breast cancer victims
Not too bad. Need to find a way to stay in spot without shifting. I use this in the opposite way - turn it upside down so pillow is protecting left breast. I have breast cancer left side so this is a good pad for seatbelt.Also would be better if they sold blue and grey as a separate sets. I like the blue better. So I will buy another set and have blue for truck and grey for car.Update it shifts need to find a way to clip it from turning.

Fell for all the fake reviews, expected a better padding and better quality fabric, sound like a cheap knockoff of some better quality product.

Much Better Than Average Seat Belt Cover
My 9 year old just grew out of the backless booster and I bought this because the rear seatbelt in one of our cars cuts across his neck at a scary angle. I looked for one of the faux sherpa seat belt covers but feel this works much better because it's cushioned. But note the pillow just slides in the pocket, it's not sewn in.

Soft but small
These were really soft, but not big enough to provide any help to my 8 and 11 year olds. Maybe for a toddler?
