I just installed this temperature alarm system and it is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for! . I wanted to install a warning system in my remote pole barn in case there is an overheating situation on my EV charging system when charging my car. There’s power in there (obviously!) but no heating. So, a home smoke alarm won’t work in the freezing conditions of winter – they are only good down to 45F or so. I do have a 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi bridge from the house to provide internet. I’ve tried other systems but either they were impossible to set up, didn’t have an alarm, and/or required a subscription to get phone notifications. This MOCREO alarm system has none of those issues. . The set up is very straight forward and hassle-free. Everything connected immediately and seamlessly. A rare occurrence in my experience, and I’m an engineer, comfortable with technology. As soon as the sensor was connected, I knew the temperature at the sensor! 😊 . My kit included two sensors and a non-display hub. My phone provides all my visual needs. So far, I only need one sensor, at the EV-rated 240V NEMA 14-50 plug, which is the most likely source of a temperature problem. The sensor unit is magnetic and so simply snaps to my steel walls. The sensor itself comes with an adhesive-backed clip to hold it where it is needed. I have yet to confirm the normal operating temperature at the plug while charging for a few hours, so that I can properly set the alarm temperature limit. It will get warm but not hot. The compact hub fits in one of my spare outlets not too far away and only occupies one outlet, not two, as some larger hubs can. . Not only can I get an alarm notification when the outlet and plug might overheat, I can get a graph with historical temperature data over time. Not just the outlet's temp., but the garage temp. in that area also. Awesome! For me, as an engineer, the more data the better! I also can easily see the sensor unit battery charge also. . I paid $50 for the system. Money well spent from my perspective! . Since I’ve only used it for a few minutes so far, I will update this review if I have any issues. So far, I love it!

I don’t write reviews very often. I have found the remote temperature products sold by MOCREO to be outstanding! On April 1, 2025 I bought the LCD Display Hub called an H5-Lite and two ST5 Temperature Sensors with external temperature probes. The ST5 only measures temperature. I was concerned that the Bluetooth communications would not reach one of the sensors placed a 100 feet away through an outside house wall and vegetation to monitor pool water temperature…range was not a problem. The second sensor was placed to monitor a refrigerator in the garage several internal house walls away. Range again was not a problem. I made sure not to put the sensor module in a location that was surrounded by metal that would attenuate the Bluetooth signal to the H5-Lite. All sensors come with a Velcro attachment and it works to place the sensors and probes. The smart app was easy to use and it easily was configured to my home WiFi. I followed the initial order by buying a temperature probe for the H5-Lite and ST6 which measures humidity and temperature. I followed that order with an additional order for a ST5 and ST6. All sensors measure temperature within a tenth of a degree with each other and are accurate with other high accuracy temperature sensors I have. The humidity sensors also are very accurate. The batteries have been exposed to temperatures up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit over the summer and have not required a recharge in 6 months. Battery life is excellent. The H5-Lite software has been automatically updated and is reliable. I’ve had no problem accessing the data via the Internet. The pricing for the MOCREO is very reasonable for what it does. The only problem I encountered was when I put the ST5 sensor in an outside plastic waterproof box. With the heat of the summer, the enclosure eventually crushed the temperature probe cable. I contacted MOCREO and told them what I had done. I fully expected to pay for a new probe. They sent me a replacement cable free of charge and I modified the outside box not to crush the cable. They provided excellent customer support and if I can think of other applications, I’ll be ordering a MOCREO!

awesome product. Had a GFCI trip the kitchen fridge due to storm and was traveling. didn't have a clue that all was NOT well. Came home to a disaster. Bought this product (recommended to me) and did the set up. App was easy to navigate and adding the sensors was a breeze as well. Ended up buying a third sensor, ( we have 2 chest freezers and the kitchen freezer) Only issues (not product related) is determining the temp swings. Chest freezers are not frost proof but the kitchen freezer is so the defrost cycle will end up with large swings. About a weeks worth of data will be able to set the alert temps and the alarm delay more accurately. only negative thing to say is that the provided double sticky probe holders will not adhere to anything that has any bit of anything on the side (frost). so, they just kinda hang out of the way for now.

Easiest tech gadget setup ever! Super fast too! It just works immediately. I have nothing bad to say about it. 2 thumbs up. I just got it and installed one temperature sensor in my garage freezer and the other in my garage fridge. I had fun watching the temperature drop. The cables are super thin, so I expect there will be no issue with frost build-up. There's a lot of extra cable, so it'd make sense to keep that twisty tie around for câble management. We'll see how long it takes my kids to rip the wires in half, not tell me, and then I see the temperature goes haywire.

Works great the down loading of the app and setup was pretty easy l have removed the sensor after setup and it registered very fast l would recommend this product to save expensive meats.

When I began storing expensive and life-saving medications in a small refrigerator in my bedroom, I began to feel extremely anxious about the possibility of the fridge failing to hold a steady temperature range or failing altogether. This device is a very high quality solution that allows us to set a desired temperature range and to have access to constant monitoring of that temp even when away from home. It is easy to set up, the app is also easy to use and the device is highly accurate. I am able to set a 36 to 46 degree range and am notified when the refrigerator temperature drops below or exceeds the range. An alarm goes off on my phone and on the receiver. We are also notified when the temperature returns to the acceptable range. We can even choose the amount of time that is acceptable to be out of range so that the alarm won’t sound during a temporary drop when the fridge door is opened. The app stores data so that you can review the extent of any out-of-range time. So, for example, if there was a power outage while we’re away from home but the fridge returned to normal within the medication’s limit, I know that my meds are still effective and safe to use. If something goes wrong while we’re at home, I can move the medication to a different fridge or pack it in an iced cooler if necessary. The kit comes with two probes so we plan to use the second one in an older basement refrigerator. Great product. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to monitor refrigerated foods, film, medications, etc. especially if the unit is in the basement, garage or other location not consistently observed.

I have several freezers that contain the wild game meat that I harvest each year and I wanted to be able to monitor their operation in real time so I purchased this system to try. Extremely happy with my purchase. Very easy to install and works amazingly well. The APP that you download onto your phone provides a seamless, instantaneous link with the individual sensors and it provides you with all the information you need at the touch of a screen. The sensors continuously monitor the internal temp of the freezer and instantly detect any variance in the temps and immediately report to you via email and text message that the temperature has changed. You set the upper and lower limit for temperature based on your needs so you can custom tune the system to meet your needs. You can add more sensors if you wish, which I did, and doing this was very easy. This system even lets you add water sensors which I did in several locations in my basement (near water heater, oil burner, laundry room) and just like the temperature sensors the water sensors were very easy to add to the system and they work great. This system gives me great "peace of mind" when it comes to my freezers and the safety of my wild game meat as well as being able to constantly monitor any water leaks that might arise in my basement. This is really a great system. Get one, you won't be sorry.

Losing your freezer without knowing it happened is a catastrophe, as anyone who's had it happen whether due to mechanical failure or someone accidentally leaving the door ajar or kicking the plug out of the wall knows. This is the answer to that and it has enough configurability to avoid false alarms while letting you know if something very bad is about to happen if you don't immediately take care of it. The thermometers are quite-accurate, the range from the "base" acceptable, the mounting with VHB tape for the sensors (and velcro for the transmitters), along with the decently-long flat cable for the probes is well thought out. The only thing to be concerned with is that the base shows up on a Bluetooth scan even after you've paired it; whether someone could theoretically tamper with it is an unknown but if they did the app would warn you since it does warn on connectivity loss. Knowing your refer (or freezer) is down before you lose all the food in it is well worth the relatively small cost with the only requirement being a 2.4Ghz WiFi AP in your home for it to pair against. No subscriptions required. I like it.

I am satisfied with the Mocreo's Wifi Refrigerator Thermometer. from Mocreo. Installation is simple, the app is easy to use and wifi hub screen is nice.

Al inicio tenía miedo y me dolía el codo pagarlo. Pero 100% vale la pena, lo volvería a comprar sin duda. Un poco enredado configurarlo pero siguiendo el manual me habré tardado menos de 1 hora. Amo que detecta los cambios por más pequeños que sean. Me notifica inmediatamente por la app y por Mail, además de comenzar a sonar una alarma en el consultorio (lo uso para mantener red de frío en vacunas). También me encanta que hace una bitácora de la temperatura, yo configure para que me la mande cada mes. Me ahorra mucho tiempo pues cofepris me pide esa misma bitácora

I bought this item in August 2025 after having lost everything in my freezer 3 times in the last 2 years. The first time, someone put the groceries away poorly, and the door didn't close all the way. Boom... there goes $500. Then (probably because of the first incident), the compressor went, and I lost everything again. So, I bought a new freezer... and 3 months later the freezies are melting (I'm still not sure why on this one). Enter the MOCREO WiFi Thermometer Alarm with Digital Monitor Hub. This thing is amazing, because it just WORKS. Put the batteries in the remotes, put the sensor in the freezer and the remote on the side or top, download the app, and connect. Set alarm temperatures in the app (one for each remote), and walk away. Or drive away. You'll get an alert on your phone whenever the temperature goes above the alarm value. And the hub will beep at you in a very annoying manner (so your kids can't just ignore it!). I also love the little graph of freezer temperatures. I can even see when my freezer goes into Defrost mode, as the temperature rises from -19 degC to -10 degC before going back down. So, massive kudos to MOCREO for being the ONLY device that advertised exactly what I wanted: an internal freezer temperature monitor, with external battery (so battery life is super long; mine are still showing as full), connected to a central hub and to an app on my phone, and DELIVERED on every aspect. Even the firmware updates on the Hub are super easy. Give the team that designed this system a bonus!
