Walking to school just got a whole lot less stressful! With this watch, I can track my kid's route using the GPS. No more waiting by the window, wondering if they got there safe. Plus, the SOS button, Gives me peace of mind whether they're at the park or down the street. This watch is perfect for my little adventurers 10 year-old and 7-year-old. Battery life is amazing, no more scrambling for a charger in the middle of the day. Plus, they've got games, a camera – it keeps them entertained for ages. The GPS watches are little pricy and finding a one at right is little tricky. But honestly, for the peace of mind and all the fun features, it's worth it in my book. I feel its a win-win – you get peace of mind, they get a cool gadget.

Returned for refund. Really poor quality. Purchased this watch after my child had the Xplora X6 Play. This was terrible in comparison. I ended up buying another Xplora X6 after retuning this one. Definitely do not recommend this one.

It’s okay.

After spending a lot time researching watches for our little boy (Aged 9) which allow us to track him and also call him if needed we finally settled on the Z1 and we have to say we are delighted with it and more importantly our little boy loves it. The call quality is excellent and so is the tracking. We used a Vodafone sim and have had zero issues with it. We also love the fact that we have the approve the contacts that are allowed to phone / message the watch. So we know only approved friends and family will be able to contact him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this watch to anybody who is struggling to decide which one to buy from the many that are available on the market.

I bought these for my 12-year-old to track location and stay in contact. The first unit kept freezing randomly — completely unresponsive, even with 70–80% battery. Only connecting to the charger would bring it back to life. I returned it and ordered a brand new replacement — and guess what? Same issue. Random total freezes, requiring a charger to reboot. Now imagine this: your child is out, and the watch freezes. No GPS. No calls. No way for them to reach you. What’s the point then? These are marketed as a safety device for kids — but if it freezes silently and becomes unreachable, that defeats the whole purpose. Completely unacceptable. Do not recommend.

The watch doesn’t connect to the network after every 2 - 3 days, hence rendering the watch useless in tracking or calling. It’s basically unreliable. It’ll can’t say whether it has better network connections with higher models, but the Z1 just sux. EDIT: after using for a few months, its performance is ok. But if you are using it in Australia, you must join the Vodafone network, or the watch will be disconnected like I described above. This due to the watch only supports frequency bands within the Vodafone network. Also from time to time the imoo app needs to be opened and check the location. Otherwise, you could go for days without updating the location.

Good Product, using this with a GoMo SIM, which required the APN settings to be manually imputted. But once the correct settings were applied the watch resolved the time sync and messaging issues. Price seemed reasonable, and my daughter (age 10) is really pleased with it.

You cannot text with this product; you can text the child, but the child cannot text back - super frustrating as that is the reason I bought it. Also it is switching off and we have to plug it back in to kick start it on Very unreliable
