SUPER!!
These Daystar spacers are really nice. Used a set along with a new set of Moog 255 coil springs and my '95 4-Runner sets better than coming off the lot brand new 20 years ago. Gives that extra 1 1/2" lift where the rear end sits up ever so slightly and the vehicle doesn't look like its sagging in the rear. Evens out the wheel well spacing when looking at the vehicle front to back as well. Vehicle rides noticeably higher from the worn springs and rides very smoothly. They are not too large to worry about needing any brake line extensions or extended shocks; fits as original OEM.If you're purchasing the Moog 255 coil springs, remember they are a variable rate spring and the larger diameter end goes up (frame isolators) and the smaller diameter goes down (axel isolators). The spacers only fit the larger diameter end of the springs. I'll add a couple of photos here for dimensions but they fit the Daystar spacers snugly and are more robust than the original thin upper isolators. You won't regret the purchase.Amazon is great! Super service all the way and the site is setup easy to check fit for your specific vehicle.A reminder that these install on the rear, at the top of the springs, between the body and the springs and not between the springs and axel. Some might not know that.

Gives the rear a nice boost. Took a little while to get used ...
Fit my 91' Toyota 4Runner combined with Moog CC255 coil springs. No modifications are needed. Gives the rear a nice boost. Took a little while to get used to, but the vehicle feels taller and more comfortable now.I did the job without spring compressors, but it can be more trouble. You'll need at least 6 ton jack stands. Jack up the rear axle and support the frame with the stands near their max height. Remove the wheels. Remove the bolts that hold the base of the shocks to the rear axle. I had to undo the break line to be able to lower the rear axle enough. You might also need to also unbolt the stabilizer/sway bar and the lateral control rod (but avoid the latter as it can be a pain to reinstall). Using a crow bar, push down on the drum and axle on each side, and you should be able to easily remove the coil springs. Remove the upper coil spring insulators and install the spacers. Coil spring installation is the inverse, except that when you're installing the second coil spring, you'll want to use your floor jack to compress the first coil spring by lifting up the axle underneath. This will remove the tension on the axle and allow you to lower the other side enough to install that second coil spring.

Great spacers, use coil compressors!!!
I recently installed these spacers on my 1994 Toyota 4runner. The install is fairly straightforward; jack up the rear end (while making sure the front wheels are chocked!), place jack stands under the frame, remove the wheels, disconnect the shocks from the axle, and lower the axle to release as much tension as possible from the springs. Then, and this is crucial to making your life easier, compress the springs using spring compressors, and remove them. To install the spacer itself, remove the coil isolator(factory rubber spacer that minimizes vibrations transferred to the frame), and then install the new taller spacer (you may need to tap it into place with a rubber mallet). Then re-install the springs, jack up the axle, reconnect the shocks, re-install the tires, remove the jack stands, and lower the vehicle back to the ground. I noticed a marked difference after the spacers were installed; my 4runner now sits level instead of sagging in the rear. How anybody else's sits after the installation depends on how worn the springs are(mine weren't that bad). It will settle a bit though after some driving though. One more thing to note is that even if the back doesn't seem to be at the same level as the front, don't worry, it's only due to the fact that the rear fenders are cut lower than the front ones. So unless you REALLY lift the rear(more so then what these spacers accomplish), the rear will always appear to be slightly lower than the front. Overall, I would recommend these spacers to anyone who is looking to restore their 4runner to factory ride height.

Best bang for your buck to get your butt out of the dirt!
2nd GEN 4runners are known for being a bit butt-low. These spacers are just the ticket to get a flat stance without spending a fortune. While there are springs (such as Moog CC255) that will give you that same one inch lift, they require much more work and tools to accomplish that feat. If you work on your rig regularly, give yourself 2 hours by yourself or a bit over half that with a buddy. These spacers are nicely cast polyurethane with no voids and clean surfaces free of large casting lines. They grip the top of your current springs to ease installation and replace the upper spring perch nicely. Be sure to have really tall jack stands as you need the rear suspension to droop fully to have enough room to install the spacers. The passenger side s most difficult to install since it has the fuel tank to wriggle the spring around as you remove and install parts.A solid 1"lift.

Overall happy with these
Bought these to solve saggy ass syndrome on my 4Runner when hauling my dirt bike on a hitch carrier. Overall happy with them, 3 stars for ease of install because you’ll have to remove the panhard link to get ‘em in, and that thing is a real bit** to get back into place. Ended up using 3 ratchet straps and broke 2. Also, you’ll have to adjust your LSPV afterwards without weight in the back. My rig had significant nose dive without a rear load.

Stuff ride, no more rear sag
So far so good. One thing to note is that it the ride will be much stiffer in the rear. I happen to like this type of ride, much better than bouncing all over the place or bottoming out. It raised my rear more than expected, so now I have a good excuse for a front lift! Loving the rear lift so far. There are also plenty of videos on YouTube on how to install these exact spacers.

excellent product for the price
Install there with Moog CC 255 springs, gave a total lift of 3inch, excellent for off road and towing applications as I was looking for, But check your drive line angles if you use larger tires as well. Top notch product
