At £46, I admit I expected something quite plasticky. Nevertheless, the generally good reviews persuaded me. I'm glad they did. The components are actually pretty robust, weighty and metallic. Putting the thing together was reasonably easy following the illustrated instructions. Took about half an hour. The adjustable back support is a great improvement over my previous office chair. The adjustable headrest is a good idea too. Means I can sit back in comfort when not actually bashing my keyboard. As I spend most of my days writing, I need to be comfortable. This looks like it should do the job. Mind you, this is only my first day with it. First impressions are that it's more comfortable than gaming chairs I've sat in that cost around £300. So far, so good :-)

I have been using the chair for a few days now, and I find it comfortable. I read almost all the reviews on this chair and agree with the majority of users on the following points: 1- The assembly process was easy and quick. 2- The quality of the material is good (I will comment on durability after a few months). 3- It would be better if the armrests could move up and down. This might cost a few extra pounds, but it would be worth it. However, I believe it is worth the money as it is. 4- Last but not least, the customer service response was good and positive. I did not try to return the chair, but they acknowledged and fulfilled my request in less than 24 hours, which is faster than the initial 48-hour time window they mentioned.

This is a smashing piece of kit, something I should have done years ago! It was a bit of a faff to put together but worth the effort. It looks great and is extremely comfortable, not to mention very smart, it sets off my study/man cave perfectly. It was also the bargain of the century at just under £50! I am well chuffed!

Easy enough to put together, even with the pictures being a bit oddly orientated times. Generally its very comfy however I don't find the headrest very comfortable. No matter the height of it, it feels like its pushing my head forward too much. I might end up taking it off entirely. You can't lock the chair whilst tilted either, its either bolt upright or on "rocking mode" Would be getting 4* if not bought for half price on Prime deal
