This is the newer model : 2724-20

Q: What is the average run time of a fully charged 8.0 battery running on high

Not sure on a8.0 but on the good condition 9.0 it will on average give me about 20 minutes. I keep a couple spares handy. Still better than gas and a lot lighter.

Q: Will this blower accept the 12.0 battery that fits the chainsaw?

The HD12 battery fits this blower, i have the blower and IMO the HD12 battery is necessary, this thing eats batteries. If you are talking about the M12 batteries from Milwaukee's other line of cordless tools those do not work with this.

Q: Which battery works with this model?

All M18 batteries. 8-12 sizes are recommended. Obviously, the largest one of the series will last the longest.
