Sorry I didnt say that correctly. I can tell you what we did. We couldn't get it to fit at first either. Then found out the dial on the top will move the two clamps that attach to the vent can be moved in or out. Adjusting enough to make it useful. Anyways, I haven't finished messing with it. But I did notice that its kept the computer cooler than usual anyways. It still doesn't find my exhaust port perfectly. Like I said haven't had a chance to mess with it anymore. But I will keep it for now. Hope somebody can use this. Or did everyone already know and just didn't post that part?

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It is good and everything but it makes too much noise. surely there is something with the fan blades colliding because the sound it generates is like the friction between the blades and something.

The fan/motor are not balanced - vibrates a lot!4. No rubber seal to the computer exhaust port5. Would have to mount upside down on most thinner laptopsCannot recommend it.

Junks, easy to brake, actually broken upon receiving. I hot glue to use it. The noise is so loud. Mount doesn't hook to my laptop either, temporary hot glue it. I'll use it for the heat wave then throw it away when buy another brand. Don't buy this.

first i thought it was going to have a silicon shroud , it does not,, it has two little clips that barely caught the air grill, i had to duct tape it to make it stay.other than that it seems to be working well.

My gaming laptop stays cool.

Broke attempting to install. Of course I didn’t use them right away and once I got around to trying them out it’s outide the return window. Don’t waste your time or money on this junk.
