The vacuum is cheaply made, no way it originally cost $999.00! It hardly picks anything up and it clogged within minutes. Very weak. I used it one time for the two apartment buildings I'm a caretaker for and it didn't look vacuumed at all. I returned this today.

I searched for a cordless vacuum for a long time before picking this one. I chose it because of the price, suction power, and long battery life. Unfortunately, the vacuum did not meet my expectations. We have 3 cats and a rabbit, so litter and hair make up a big chunk of what we vacuum. The vacuum worked great the first time. The second time I tried to use it, it would suck stuff up, but immediately drop everything back out once I turned it off. After taking the vacuum apart, I realized the stick was very clogged. It took me quite a while to unclog it. I was very disappointed as you shouldn’t have to take apart your vacuum cleaner every time you use it.I reached out to Amazon customer service and they are supposed to be refunding me once they receive the vacuum back.Overall I do not recommend this product for people with shedding pets. The return process is easy so far though.

The Bwrethway vacuum is small but mighty. Its size makes it appear to be delicate but it is not. The vacuum was thoughtfully designed - connection of components makes sense and components fit together well. It works very well - picks up small pieces from the floor as well as it does from rugs and does a great job with animal hair. The floor brush can easily be twisted to get under furniture more easily than previous vacuum. The dust cup fills up quickly and needs to be emptied often. Sometimes it is necessary to use a chopstick to remove all dust from cup. The battery time is very good but it takes a very long time to recharge. I felt that instructions were incomplete but was able to figure out answers to most questions.

I got this stick vacuum on the fly because Amazon had it listed for $1,000 but on sale for prime day for $128- it should have been my first red flag, honestly (it retails $158ish normally). It’s a vacuum with powerful suction compared to its size, but clogs easily and needs to be completely broken down to clean to be usable again. I have three pets and use a stick vacuum to maintain my floors when I don’t have time for a deep clean with my big vacuum so I don’t need it to be exceptionally great, but it is frustrating having to break it down multiple times while I’m trying to use it. With all that being said, I do like the attachments and battery life. If I was in a pinch I’d get this vacuum again, but only if I truly had no better option for this price range.

The vacuum didn’t have enough suction to pick up the little hurt. I was on the floor and when it did, it got stuck in the tube Or the filter is, I had to Use my hands to clean it and take everything out the filter and the tube

My house vacuumed is TOO large for my stairs, this is perfect for just them. Not very powerful but perfect for the job I needed

I went for it based off of the good reviews I saw, I unboxed it, and putting it together I already knew I wasn't going to be happy. It seems like things just don't go together very well, and I find it's not easy to get things apart to empty out the canister. I bought it to vacuum around my cat box, so its essentially just picking up cat litter and it leaves a pile of what I thought was vacuumed underneath the vacuum itself, and I have checked and checked to see if there's a clog and there's nothing. Just not worth the money paid.

I got fooled by the information that the vacuum was on sale and I paid around $120 instead of $199. One more time, what a fool a was! It was one of my biggest shopping mistakes. When I took it of the impressive packaging, I got supper surprised seeing cheap plastic. This was not deal breaker but the performance turned to be awful! I had to sweep the floor after using this vacuum, and forger about cleaning carpets! Then, I tried to hang this up in the port but it never lined up with the wall. It hangs at the strange angle to the wall.
