Extremely Disappointed – Serious Safety Concern!
I am beyond frustrated with this product. It started tearing on the very first use! This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for something meant for babies. What if I hadn’t caught it in time? A defective product like this could pose serious risks, and I refuse to take that chance with my little one.To make things worse, customer care was no help at all since I flew outside India. Their solution? They told me to get it stitched if it’s torn—seriously, lol. A baby product should be safe and durable from the start, not something parents have to fix themselves.As parents, we already have enough to worry about—we shouldn’t have to question whether a baby product is safe or not. The quality control needs to be much better because when it comes to our babies, there is no room for errors. I’m sharing my experience so other parents can be aware.I won’t be trusting this brand again. Hard no from me!
