I think it was good, taste was ok.I only took a sample of 3 diets so I'm not sure of health benefit. Maybe it benefitted?But then I had this question: When oranges & lemons also have collagen, will this be value for money? Don't know.

Wellbeing nutrition has come up with some amazing easy to consume beauty supplements and this collagen is one of them.Tbh, when I bought this, I wasn't sure if it was going to show any noticable improvements. But two things I started noticing within a week were less hair fall and shining hair.And some of the dark spots/marks on my face getting dimmer. Which meant my face was definitely getting a little brighter.This collagen has hyaluronic acid and other peptides, so if the ingredients must be of good quality to show improvement in such a short period of time.It has a nice strawberry flavor as well.Overall, give this a 4.2-4.3 out of 5.Will be a repeat purchase for me.
