I’ve been using prescription azelaic acid for a good couple years now, but recently it’s been out of stock at my pharmacy. I had like a week-ish without it before I just ordered The Ordinary brand for the interim & in the week without I was noticing my skin texture was rougher than normal, breaking out more than normal etc. I’m NOT even exaggerating when I say I used this ONCE. Night ONE. And the next morning my skin was legitimately back to normal. I was shocked to say the least. Now, my breakouts weren’t just magically cleared up but they were less inflamed, my skin redness was less, my skin texture was back to normal & the only thing that changed was adding in this cream one time. Price is great, product is even better. The cream itself is really thick which I honestly like, especially for night time use. I always take reviews like this with a grain of salt, but my skin is sensitive, acne prone, all the things. I strictly use prescription skincare but this being as close as it is to that has worked beautifully & I highly recommend giving it a try!

I have skin that is prone to redness and get oily skin quickly which can lead to pimples. I'm in my 50's and have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of the redness and this has been the one thing that has helped. I have been using this for about 6 months after my cleanser and it feels so soft on my skin and has helped reduce redness on my cheeks immensely. It can make my skin feel dry so I put a small amount of tallow on my skin before bedtime after applying this.

I was a bit scared to try acids because I have sensitive skin, but this 10% suspension is super gentle. It has drastically reduced redness and acne marks on my face. Its texture helps lock in hydration, leaving my skin looking much smoother and healthier. It is a wonderful product for improving uneven texture. I give it 5 stars without hesitation!

I feel pretty “meh” about this product. Pros: The price is reasonable. It is quite gentle on my sensitive skin. It seems to work in fading red spots (my skin is fair and the red lasts months after a spot has healed). Cons: It’s not nearly as effective as the brand I used prior (Naturium — seemed to fade spots faster). It’s a thick cream (maybe some would prefer that but it’s even thicker than my moisturizer. Ick.) Won’t be buying it again.

Lo use para acné que me salió en la barbilla y al rededor de mi boca y de verdad que lo recomiendo, es un poco lento tarde como 2-3 semanas en ver resultados de verdad donde se me quitara por completo, pero súper funcionó lo recomiendo

I have only been using this a week & already notice results! Redness is calmed & skin is better. I wait for it to be absorbed which is pretty quickly, & then I add Retinol-collagen cream on top. Will be buying it again soon-that’s the only thing-$16 seems cheap but it’s not very big of a tube but that’s ok. It’s worth it! I was going to get laser soon but I think I might actually put it off a bit.
