It appears to be as described given its a white powder and I can't test it.
So its bag of white powder. I have many bags and plastic jars of white powder, all a little different in consistency, smell, solubility in water etc. I can't test it, but from what I can tell it is what it says it is. I am trying to up my fiber game and this purchase is related to that. I am not a doctor, nor am I a licensed nutritionist, so if you want to run a fiber experiment on yourself, talk to one of them.

High quality and purity cellulose powder
I put a scoop of this in my protein drinks (manufacturer does not recommended for direct consumption though) and it blends right in and I can't even tell it is in there. Great way to get extra fiber in your diet. Powder is smooth as silk and clump free.

Plastic smell
The brand I previously bought was discontinued it was odorless. This brand had a plastic odor so I switched to XPRS Nutra and it is odorless, so I won't be using bulk supplement brand again.
