Need replacement of this defective power bank
Never thought of getting defective electronic thing from Amazon. The power bank ordered two days ago, and it's been seen that this is not working properly, and phones getting disconnected and not charging.. Tried to contact the company customer service.. Want to replace this. Please suggest what to do now mi.....The video is showing how charging is being disconnected.

Great product. Good quality. Heavier but worth it.
After 1 month of use now i can say its so good it can charge my phone 2 times takes 5 to 6 hours to get fully charged built quality is also good it doesn't hit in my case just use original or good cables. Design is good. Good performance. I won't say its comfort and slim and not much ease of use cause i its kinda heavy two times heavier than my phone. Both pockets feel heavier bcs of phone and powerbank. But its worth it you should go for it.
