There was a terrible smell when it is heated so l returned it back

I can’t believe I went this long without having a microwave heating pad. The Airice pad is so easy to use — just pop it in the microwave for a couple minutes and it stays warm for a surprisingly long time. I love that it’s soft, comfortable against the skin, and contours nicely whether I use it on my neck, shoulders, or back. The heat feels soothing right away and helps with tension and cramps better than a regular electric heating pad because it’s cordless and I can move around freely. It’s also a perfect size not too bulky but still covers the area I need. If you deal with sore muscles, cramps, or just want something cozy on cold nights, I highly recommend this. Total game changer for comfort and relief.

Es muy suave y se calienta perfecto en 1 minuto en el microondas. El calor dura alrededor de 1 hora. Algo curioso es que suelta humedad al calentarse, lo cual no me parece mal.

I got this for my PT and have figured out multiple stretches I can do with it- or I can just heat it up and relax when I need to rest. Soft and comfy. One note, it smells a bit like burnt rice if you heat it up too long, but I don't mind.

feels so good. I have a stiff neck with lots od pain. have only used once so far but it is very nice and i think it will help me. It does not have a smell ,which i like. it doesnt hold heat very long but it is still nice.

It's great!! ......for the first few times. I've tried microwaving it maybe 5 times since I bought it, only 1-2 minutes at a time. Fits beautifully in the microwave. I used it for menstrual cramps and sore neck muscles. It stays in place in the microwave. It was great, I actually liked the smell (it's not the typical 'lavender stress relief odor' but it was, no pun intended, a smell that gave a warming feeling-one of comfort. Like when momma used to make you feel better when you didn't feel good. I get BAD cramps, just shy of endometriosis. The pain relief was awesome, well as much as it could be when dealing with uncontrollable bodily pains. This WAS helping....the weight was great, like your man (or woman's) hand on your lower tummy or back that out just the right amount of pressure that helped when you were curled into the fetal position (maybe that's just me and my pain). But then tonight (purchased on ), when put in for 2 minutes, my kitchen started to smell like popcorn.. I actually doubted that it was this, because despite the reviews I was actually loving this product! ..........this almost caught on fire. You can see the steam in one of the photos (my camera lens is cracked so it's not the best quality). I had to throw it in my (dirty) sink because I wasn't planning on it igniting! so please excuse the dishes. So NOT durable, which is a shame because I thought I had found the diamond in the rough with this one. Even my man, a chiropractor!!! was enjoying it..... I'm sorry,I don't even care if I get my money back. I just want people to know my experience, which is 100% authentic, which I know i what I'm looking for when I'm wanting to buy something. This was a w f u l overall. I was nervous every time I used it, I got anxious when it worked cause it was like playing Russian roulette. I'm sorry it didn't work, I'm sorry I'm now stuck in the middle of my cycle without it, and I'm sorry for all the others that wasted their money on this.
