Perfect colour, altough easy to scratch
Perfect colour match as show on the photos, altough we know that chalk paint its not the most durable paint, this one after 4 weeks still easly scratchable, the vintro chalk paint or gracemary for example are very durable compared to this. Because of this reason not be buying again

Easy to work with
I used midnight blue colour to paint an old cabinet and it came out great. The paint is very easy to work with and the coverage is great. However, it's very thin (watered down) so you would need more than 2 coats to get the result. The paint is not durable at all and can't be used on it's own. Like any other chalk paint, It needs to be sealed with wax, varnish or lacquer to protect the finish. It is a bit expensive considering you need to use a lot of paint and a top coat. There are cheaper alternatives such as mineral paints (primer, paint and sealant in one) available online that provide durability with great finish.

Read before you buy
I'm a painting and decorator and I Honestly love this paint but it has its pros and cons.If your painting on freshly layed wallpaper I would 100% Reccomend it its such a nice paint it takes 2 coats and is a little thin but that's not bad but buy an extra can to accommodate the fact the wallpaper will obsorb the paint really quickly so you won't be able to spread it far.But on the sides of the can clumped up paint builds up so I Reccomend you scrape inside the tin unless it's the bottom maybe I got a clumpy batch but I will warn you just incase. If your not painting over freshly layed wallpaper or trying to paint over old paint or gloss it will scratch off easily I have notice and will stain plastic if you want to keep this paint on for a long time or have kids I highly Reccomend you seal the paint.

Expensive
It’s a good product but I think £30 for a litre is very pricey. Before putting the lacquer on it chips if you so much as look at it the wrong way. It’s a bit awkward to work with but I’ve managed to get a decent finish once getting used to it.

Expensive, rich color, needs dark wax for darkening.
I have used various brands of chalk paint to paint furniture and other items. I got this for a baby changing table we are putting in our nursery. I had an idea of what ‘racing green,’ meant and it included vintage autos reminiscent of pine and evergreens and a dark look. This is not that in the least. It is more of a deep emerald after drying. Initially, upon opening the canister, it is so bright I almost didn’t want to use it, but I’ve used enough paint in my lifetime to know deeper colors usually dry at least slightly darker. It was still not nearly the color I was hoping for, so I sealed it with dark wax to achieve the color and patina I’m going for.I chose chalk paint for my project because it’s non-toxic, low odor, dries quickly, and usually has thick coverage requiring fewer coats and required prepping of the piece to be painted. This is a thinner consistency than I’m used to, but was quite low odor and easy to use.The pros: it covered well once I did the third coat even on finished pine. Low-odor and dried quickly (within a half hour and then totally overnight.) The color is deep and rich and very pretty, despite not being ‘racing green,’ in my opinion. It blended well and I can barely see the brush strokes. I wanted to use a roller, but my furniture required a brush in parts and due to COVID-19 I am unable to purchase supplies anywhere but amazon and couldn’t get a roller in a decent amount of time as we live in Ireland. I’m pleased with the way it dried, the brush strokes blending smoothly. The cons: multiple coats needed to cover. Color is not ‘racing green.’ Requires additional product to bring to correct color. It’s incredibly pricey for what you get compared to some chalk paint I’ve used in the past and due to the color needing dark wax, the additional purchase put my project slightly over budget.Overall, I am pleased with the results and would use the product I have leftover for other projects, but without this pandemic, I never would have spent so much on a small can of chalk paint that isn’t the correct color.I’m including photos of the project before, during, and after so you can judge for yourself!

Sea green, the best chalk paint ever!
I have used probably all the chalk paints available and this one has beaten the rest by a mile. The finish is smooth and brush mark free after 2 or 3 thin coats. Just lightly sand the surface before you paint no primer needed on wood. The paint is a good thickness and goes on nice and even, it dries at a good speed between coats. I ended up doing 3 coats for extra protection but I could of got away with 2 if the furniture wasn't being used loads. The colour is lovely and deep plus it's saved money and environment using old draws again but with a new look. I am deciding what colours to get next!
