Q: does this item change the color of your hair? I've got natural light caramel hair, would this change the colour?

I don't think it will. I have dyed blond hair which lightens considerably in the summer and I prefer it to be a more golden colour....which is why I bought this shampoo. I don't really find that it makes much difference to the clour of my hair at all. Maybe if you leave it on for five minutes or so, it might have some effect.

Q: How many colours this product

I find this product enhances my grey / white hair with golden blonde tones; I use it in conjunction with the matching conditioner however I am unable to source the conditioner any more. I would recommend this product.

I have bought from various chemists and Amazon in the past however it seems to be unavailable of late! I am using up my old stock. It's a really good product.
